2 hours before close and they had no steaks, meatballs or cold cut meat. They rung us up and didn't bag our food and walked away. Waited on pizzas that were in the oven while they made other customers food.

Picked up sandwiches at 11:15 am Clearly they are understaffed but the rudeness was unacceptable The lady running things was rude to a gentleman who wanted to get drinks only Put 3 sandwiches in the toaster at once All burned No apology Served them as is The online order in the middle of ours went out with burnt cheese We picked off the extra crunchy edges of our sandwiches They had no tea out No chocolate chip cookies done and there were only a handful of customers in the place Very annoyed with the attitudes

The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Even yelled at us! I also heard her saying before we went to the counter that she was NOT going to let anyone tell her what to do. Very bad attitude! We were VERY disappointed. She does NOT need to be a manager, she has NO customer service skills!!!

Terrible experience. Workers were rude, my sandwich sat for over 10 minutes on the counter while flies got on it. Once I got to pay the girl says she’s now clocked out and I waited another 10 minutes before leaving because no one would ring me out. Will not be back, Lineville location is much better.

I don’t understand that it is 1:30 in the afternoon and the store is out of bread. This isn’t the first time I have came into the store and they have no bread. This is a sandwich shop that doesn't prepare bread for the day.
