We ordered a cake for my mom’s 80th birthday. The cake was beautiful and the taste was amazing!!! Words cannot express how much we appreciate the flavor of REAL ICING! AND A MOIST CAKE!!! *ETA -I was given a full refund one week after, even though it wasn't requested. They apologized for what happened.*Very disappointed in the quality of baked goods received for my daughter's birthday. They did not reflect what others have received (that I've seen in person).The cookies were the only item that were acceptable quality, but weren't even in the bags I paid for--I was given the bags and told I could put them in myself.The cake was not decorated with any icing art, just some plastic carrots filled with candy. It didn't reflect the theme, pictures, or ideas mentioned in the contract. She also spelled my daughter's name incorrectly and no offer to correct it at pick up, only to scrape it off myself.The cake pops were dipped, but didn't have sprinkles or anything aside from a single hard candy or gummy stuck on the side.The cupcakes were only filled about halfway, some less, and had sprinkles and the same gummies, hard candy, and even a large piece of bubblegum in the center with some sprinkles.It was a huge waste of money for the product quality received.I emailed them about this, not looking for a refund, but just an apology and haven't heard anything in 5 days. I know prior to receiving my items they were quick to respond within minutes.I ended up giving the cake away and bought a new cake and cupcakes for the birthday after spending over $150 on subpar items from GFBG.

I’ve never ever left a review before but I thought today would be a great day to start. My fiancé heard good things about this lady and decided to place a order. She ordered a Minnie Mouse cake with cupcakes and pops. There were a few issues when she arrived with the cake, like it was 30 minutes late and the bow was crooked and she handled every cupcake and pop with her bare hands, but no big deal, the cake looked good overall. Didn’t taste very good but oh well. So fast forward to today, my fiancé called up there just to express her concerns as she should, only to be cussed by the owner ( not Anne, she was sweet) then right after the phone call she decides to go live on Facebook live bashing my family and calling my fiancé a bad person. Very unprofessional as a business owner. I’m not one to try and ruin anyone’s business but this was very uncalled for the way she handled the situation. I wish I could do negative stars, I do not recommend this bakery at all.

I placed my first order here for some birthday cookies. I put down the basics for what I needed and let her design however she wanted. We were not disappointed!!! My girl's cookies were the cutest I've seen! I wanted to save a few just to keep, but they were so good, the kids ate them back to back! I have already placed my second order!

I absolutely recommend Girl Friday!!! I ordered a pu pu platter for an elopement celebration for my sister. I originally had followed this page and loved the creativity in the pictures posted to this page. When I placed an order it was the best price I could find for the amount of desserts I needed but I had no idea how things would taste. I was absolutely blown away and so were all my guests at the party. The cake, cake pops and cupcakes were so moist and out of this world! And the sugar cookies?? AMAZING! The designs were stunning and everyone was asking me where I ordered from. An added bonus was how friendly and responsive Anne and her team were. The customer service was excellent and I’m already booking for another event!!!
