Holy cow. If you want an experience that will take you back to simpler times, visit this drive-in. Absolutely no frills but great food and an unbeatable price. Bacon cheeseburger and hot ham and cheese were both excellent as we're the onion rings. Service was great, friendly car side service with a smile and a very welcoming feel. Have recommended this place to several people, if you're anywhere close to yourself a favor and visit.

I mean if your goal is to look at pretty girls then this is fine, you will see some. That was not my goal. Not very much food for your money at all. (I had to eat something else when I got home) Food was average tasting at best nothing special about the food or drinks at all. I had got a number 2 (burger) with extra cheese tots. Most of my extra cheese wound up on the box and not my tots. Tots where very small amount and so was the burger. Ill probably not be comming back unless im with someone that requests it. The ordering stations are all old and outdated. Nothing even remotely appealing about the environment except a few good looking waitresses, but again, I was there to eat not find a date.

After multiple attempts to call in an order to get a breakfast sandwich they would not answer the phone. So I drove there and arrived at 10:35 to be told they would not make me a breakfast sandwich because it was past 10:30. That is horrible service.

If you’re rolling through Winfield and skip the Cardinal Drive-In, you’ve made a life mistake that even Google Maps can’t reroute. The food is cooked fresh to order—none of that “been sitting under a heat lamp since Tuesday” business—and somehow it comes out faster than my patience disappears in the McDonald’s drive-thru line. The staff are the kind of friendly that makes you wonder if they’ve mistaken you for family, and the prices are so good you’ll double-check the receipt just to make sure they didn’t forget to charge you for half your meal. Honestly, it feels like stepping back in time, but with better onion rings.

The food has always been great when I order something. Always fresh and hot, the way I like it. Staff is friendly and the service is always great. The servers always work hard so don’t forget to tip them. Chili dogs are really good.
