We placed an order just a moment ago. We ordered chicken NOODLES, they gave us chicken rice instead. My husband came home with it and we opened it, rice. Not the noodles we had ordered. He called and told them they gave us the wrong thing and they asked us if we wanted to place ANOTHER order! No, we don’t want to place another order, we want you to fix the order you messed up!

Wow wow some of the best hibachi I've ever had and in the parking lot of a walmart!!!! If you are traveling and want some good fast food try this place price was reasonable with the amount of food you get as well.

We used to go to the high dollar Hibachi restaurants . This is our first time . Shrimp and Chicken Hibachi was amazing and better than Stix and the rest . Awesome service. We will be back regularly

Didn't go as they only have outdoor seating. It was 30 degrees F when I pulled up in the parking lot. Take out only establishment for the most part. You can eat outside if you want but too cold tonight.

I picked up a steak and shrimp, double rice, no veggies today, and it was TERRIBLE! Asked for my steak to be medium rare but when I received it, it was very well done. So done, that I might as well have taken a bite out of some boot leather and chewed on that. My shrimp was also very overcooked yet my rice was UNDERCOOKED. Took maybe 4-5 bites before i decided it was down right inedible. Should’ve went back and asked for a refund considering the food was over $30!!!!

Called my food in. And they told me it would be 15 minutes.. I wait 20 minutes and then go. When I get there he tells me it will be 15 more more minutes.. I waited A HOUR on 2 sushi rolls. Others around me had been waiting even longer for their food. DO NOT

Ordered 2 Hiro specials. That’s shrimp, steak, chicken, vegetables, and rice.
We asked for one special without rice, but what we received was extra rice on both plates, no vegetables, and the yum yum sauce didn’t taste right. We eat there almost every weekend during the summer when we go to the drive-in movies. Last summer was awesome, everything was great. But this time, when I ordered, the call was answered by one of those foreigners we can’t understand, which was weird because it’s always a teenage girl or boy that answers, and never an issue before. It appears that the “ restaurant “ has changed management, and the orders are not as good as before. Normally, $52 is not a bad price for what you get on your plate, it’s more than I can eat. This time , there was a lot rice left.

Got two hibachi steak and chicken combs , as well as 4 spring rolls . It was $48. 00 , which wouldn’t be a big deal had the portion sizes been adequate . Got one combo with no vegetables and it literally had 8 pieces of steak and 8 pieces of chicken the rest was rice . Mine had vegetables, but mostly onions. The steak had no seasoning what so ever , the chicken had an undercooked texture. For $48 I was expecting more , I could’ve done a better job at home for less !

I paid for steak and shrimp only got shrimp but the guy working at register said you could've eaten it already. Do not eat here unless you check your food. Cause they screwed me.
