I’ve lived in this town all my life and this restaurant is a staple! Recently however it has went downhill fast! Except Breakfast they’re usually running out of stuff or extremely slow about everything! The cleanliness is become pitiful! Example today had only wings left for chicken and no bacon for burgers! Always waiting for food! I’m done with this place and quite frankly Guin isn’t any better! Both locations have went downhill fast!

I have been coming to this location every Sunday for over three years and ordering the same meal at the drive through: fried chicken dinner with fries, slaw, and a large sweet tea. In the last several weeks the service and quality has significantly degraded. The two times that I actually waited for my food I waited for well over 20 minutes in line. The other three times I left after waiting 30+ minutes before even getting to the microphone and then was told it was going to be a 45 minute wait for chicken on one occasion and a 20 minute wait on another occasion. I left both times and went to the competition who in my opinion has lower quality food.

Food is great and but I ordered a chocolate milkshake and they gave me this. I ordered a regular milkshake and payed for a regular milkshake but they put the small in the regular sized

I went into Jack’s to order, I was the only vehicle there at 5:40 pm. I placed my order and was given my drink cup. When I got my drink the girl informed me it would be a five minute wait for the meat to cook. The is a burger place…, NO burger patties cooked? Is it me or is this not just plain stupid? And the guy preparing the food had hair down on his shoulders without a hairnet. When I got home we discovered we only got one side instead of two. The was no manager in the place…. This is not the first time for this to happen to me. The same thing is going to happen to Jacks as happened to Sonic if things don’t change.
