Probably the worst food I have ever had. Got food from the buffet, everything was ice cold. We did not eat anything took a couple of bites went and advised them that everything was cold. I was told that if I wanted things hot, I needed to order off the menu. We were still charged full price for our two buffets. I ate two bites of chicken and a bite of an egg roll. My wife ate half an egg roll. They made a pretty good profit off that. We basically ate one eggroll and two small pieces of chicken for $22.I really have no idea how they stay open with the quality of food and the attitude of people there. I would not recommend this place to anyone not even as dog food. I would actually rate them negative stars, if I could.

Food was gross bland and soggy. They forgot one of my meals (and we drove from carbon hill to get it, so there’s no driving back) we called to ask for a refund for our missing item, and all we got was attitude and hollering in the background that he made it he made it. Definitely avoid eating here. Not worth it. We spent 40$ for gross food, a missing meal, and attitude from the workers.

Terrible. I moved away from Winfield about 12 years ago and it was good then. We’ve tried eating here twice since moving back and it’s old and stale every time. We have went for dinner both times. I feel like they just leave the lunch leftovers out and that’s dinner. Don’t waste your money.

It's okay it was better when Sue had it, the coconut shrimp is very good and the moo shu pork pretty good. I would suggest ordering off the menu rather than the buffet.

I'd give zero stars if I could. absolutely rudest lady that runs the register. not once but twice did I go in there and get the Togo box basically tossed at me. i had my hand out to get my card back and she slams it on the table. food isn't that good either. don't give these rude people your money. go somewhere else!

After my wife became EXTREMELY sick after eating here three years ago, we swore we’d never go back. About a week ago, we saw they were really busy and decided to try them again.We are pleased to say that Mandarin House has gone from completely unsafe to consume to a point that just BARELY qualifies as mediocre. Good job guys ?
