The food was nasty. Staff was hateful. Had a hair in my big Mack. Told the manager. He was hateful and rude. The few times I have eaten there it has always been the hateful as people to serve you. Whoever owns this really needs to look into it.

I would just like to know. If a customer ( myself) ask for a medium size meal,... why they always make it a large!! Number one it's a waste of food that doesn't get ate and then I get charged more because they act like they don't know what a medium is

sometimes i get stale fries, and the service is awful.. i spent 30 minutes waiting for my order and they were vaping outside.. horrible. and they need to clean the place! leftover food everywhere

Seen a line pulled up to go in you know just wanted a frappe should be quick well not QUICK waited like 20 mins for a dang frappe truly unhappy as I was waiting 15 mins into it the girl that took my order was like did he get his frappie...and was like idk if he got or not than a guy processed to come the front and was like did you get frappie....well been waiting here for almost 20 mins so I suppose I'm freaking waiting for something that should have took like freaking 5 mins at most .....poor communication skills back there for this crew ....I mean they only have like 3 stars upper management need to come In there and help get there ducks in a row

ordered the two cheeseburger meal and opened up the package to find NO MEAT in both cheeseburgers 😀 so of course i call and politely say there was no meat on my burgers. they tell me to come back. so i do. the way they fix their mistake? by giving me cheeseburgers with two bottom buns and no top bun! 🥰❤️ love that for me 😇
