This place is not even open has not been for a couple of weeks
Went online to make sure they were open. It said they were. Went onto app and ordered a slush. Was ten minutes late getting back to work after the app took my money for the slush but evidently they were the ONLY sonic in the area closed today because no one was there when i went to pick up the slush
Half the drive ups are missing signs, and looks like it needs some work done to the building.

I really hate to just slam a place when the two or so people working there really are probably doing everything they can to run the business. Unfortunately, though, I cannot in good conscience give this Sonic higher than a one-star rating. My family and I have consistently had a less than desirable experience at least the last four visits. The food is pitiful. It's almost as if several high school students are just trying to play restaurant. The "onion ring" in the photos is what I was served as part of a "large." I had already eaten one and the thing I'm holding and the mass of limp onions and crumbles in the box is the remainder of my order. We had waited at least 20 minutes for the order, and if I had not already paid, we certainly would have left. Speaking of leaving, while waiting for our order, we saw at least four cars pull in, press the order button, and sit and wait with no response, until they finally ended up backing out and leaving. My family and I had actually done that as well on a previous attempt to place an order several weeks ago. We always swear we're never going back, but we end up risking it and trying it again. This visit, however, has probably secured our commitment to resist being subjected to this kind of low quality again.

Today was the last I've had it with sonic in winfield. Made an order on the app for a blast. Get there, the boards aren't working for 1, then I get told they were out of ice cream. So I would have to go online and ask for a refund. Called and the first person that answered was incompetent. Called again and have a refund processing (7-10 days) This sonic is the worst, have had tickets lost, always out of something, been told they will handle the refund in store but now I wonder if they ever did. From what I've seen on previous bad reviews, the owner is hateful as well. So before you (owner) tell me to call the 1-800# I already have.

Every time I have visited this location since August 2022 they are too busy standing around and talking to answer the button. When they do answer they’re(in)conveniently out of every item I try to order. The last time I tried to order from here they were out of tea and ice cream…how is SONIC out of ice cream?! Glad they’re “temporarily closed;” hopefully they’ll hire a new staff!

Every time I go to sonic in Winfield I always have trouble I waited 3 or 4 different times I went there over 30 minutes for my order an finally drove off the other times something would be wrong with my order I've stopped going there.

everytime we stop at Sonic in Winfield there is always something wrong with our food.. today top the cake.. we couldn't get no milkshakes, slushes, or tea.. no chili for the tator tots that tasted like 7 day old grease .. french fries cold, our breakfast burritos only had egg, cheese, onion and tomato no meat ... the employees was to busy running outside to talk to a vehicle that I'm assuming was family or something to that nature instead of making sure the food was serveable .. I never leave bad reviews but it was horrible
The food is usually good. And the poor carhop’s are ALWAYS understaffed (thanks COVID) and very friendly. The reason I gave only two stars is because I have been here twice in the last two months and several stalls are not working. Either the lights are out and you can’t see the menu, the microphone/speaker doesn’t work, the red button doesn’t work, or the card reader/ touch screen doesn’t work. Also, the landscaping needs to be done. This makes our town look bad because sonic is one of the first businesses you see coming into town.
I waited like 15 minutes on 2 drinks and I tried to call back in on the stall and got told that it wasn’t working too move too the front even tho they took my order to start. Dr Pepper was good tho lol. Still had to pay full price and they didn’t give me a coupon or nun.
