I'm sick and tired of ya'll always saying something is broken. It's gotten to the point where this Taco Bell is as bad as McDonald's in this respect. Just as McDonald's ice cream machine is always broken, this Taco Bell always claims their freeze machines are always broken. They've had 2 new flavors of freezes come out and nobody has ever tried one of them because that machine has apparently been broken since the day the flavor was released. Get it together. This is ridiculous. I'm ready to complain to corporate on this one because I'm tried of the busted machines, that apparently NEVER get fixed.

Lobby was nasty. We arrived at 1:10 pm they were no busy but looks like they have not cleaned from day prior. Do better Taco Bell. This is totally unacceptable.

Order was actually correct this time. Usually when I Order alot of items and spend 25 to 30 dollars, several items aren't correct.
Awful place to eat. Ran by a bunch of kids that either don't care about your order or don't even care what your ordered. If you eat here expect something to be wrong and always check the bag before u leave.. I have been shorted way to many times to count.

First my order was lost. Then the coffee had no flavoring in it and was completely watered down. Soft tacos were completely smashed up. Potatoes are burnt. Fries were mush. Our bean and rice burrito had onions in it. And to top it off the employees were rude about them loosing my order. Service was slow. Had to go through both the drive through and then come inside to get the order. They were out of almost all the drinks we were wanting.

I specifically asked that they grill my burrito. The absolute best thing at Taco Bell is the grilled tortilla on a burrito. It was not grilled. Also, it was like liquid beans in a dough like shell. I have bought the same meal at different locations recently. Worst one yet. See pictures.
