Every time I order, and I do alot of business here.... I either do not have something, or its all wrong. Today I got nachos... no chips just the cheese. How do you mess up that bad? Corporate needs to clean house. This has been going down hill for so long now.

Came in at 1am and was told that the menu outside doesn't work after 1am but your open until 2am? The cashier was also very rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. I usually come in late night and have always had a good experience.

Got to my second item and found a hair in my burrito.
I'm sick and tired of ya'll always saying something is broken. It's gotten to the point where this Taco Bell is as bad as McDonald's in this respect. Just as McDonald's ice cream machine is always broken, this Taco Bell always claims their freeze machines are always broken. They've had 2 new flavors of freezes come out and nobody has ever tried one of them because that machine has apparently been broken since the day the flavor was released. Get it together. This is ridiculous. I'm ready to complain to corporate on this one because I'm tried of the busted machines, that apparently NEVER get fixed.

Lobby was nasty. We arrived at 1:10 pm they were no busy but looks like they have not cleaned from day prior. Do better Taco Bell. This is totally unacceptable.

Order was actually correct this time. Usually when I Order alot of items and spend 25 to 30 dollars, several items aren't correct.
