This “manager” said if I had been there sooner they would be fresh because they are made fresh to order. Ma’am I ordered 5 minutes ago! These pizzas look disgusting. Then proceeded to give me a burnt cheese pizza and a pathetic looking pepperoni. The time before this I asked specifically for a lightly cooked pizza for my autistic son and you purposely gave me a burnt cheese pizza that my baby couldn’t even eat and I paid for extra cheese.

For real? I don’t know who I upset but I apologize. I ordered an extra most bestest online and I got there supposedly a few minutes before it was ready. This doesn’t even look like the EMB and it didn’t taste fresh. I frequent here regularly so I know what it’s supposed to look like. Then to open it and see it was cut like this??? It was for my son’s birthday by the way so, thanks.

The new management has really made improvements! Staff was quick and friendly and the store was clean! Got a classic pepperoni, Italian cheese bread and two sauces for $15 :-D
Food is always hit or miss. Never consistently good or bad. If you go in there when its not exactly lunch or dinner rush time you should ask them to cook your food fresh bc its been under the heat lamps for a while. Don't try to call them because I have never once gotten them to answer the phone. If you need to order ahead better use the app.
