Alligator Rays Cajun Sports Bar is a delightful find, serving delicious Cajun cuisine. The boudin and dirty rice are a must-try, and the gator bites are a hit with both kids and adults. The Cajun Bloody Mary is a recommended cocktail, and the bread pudding is heavenly. With a wide variety of dishes, including étouffée, fried shrimp, and Mardi Gras pasta, there's something for everyone. It is located in the old downtown area of Altus, Arkansas, near a playground and a museum, making it a great spot for a date night. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is friendly, with bartenders who are engaging. Live music is featured at least once a week, adding to the experience. The ribeye steak is another highlight, cooked to perfection. Alligator Rays is a super cool place to eat and is well worth the drive for anyone looking for good food and local brews. The food, service, and atmosphere are top shelf. The cuisine rivals what has been had in bigger cities, and the workers are much more friendly. The stuffed mushrooms and oysters are a great start, followed by red fish or tomahawk pork chops. Turtle cheesecake and beignets are a great finish. The service is on point, professional, and upbeat. Martinis are really good. This place is great, and all of the staff is friendly. The food was real good, especially the double smoked boudin. It is worth the drive for sports bars, great Cajun food, and cocktails.
