I ordered an ice cream cake for New Year's Eve and they lost it. The baker left no way or record for the employees to know of the cake. This was stressful! The second person I talked to found it. However, The cake wasn't the design that I ordered. The cake was stale and had bubble gum ice cream instead of cotton candy ice cream. They also added random punctuations to my customization on top. I ended up just throwing it away. Nobody would have more than a couple of bites.

I don’t think the scrawny pale young guy is even strong enough to scoop ice cream. Stuff is expensive enough doesn’t help to get a half a portion of what you paid. People are so out of touch these days. Great place to go if you like getting ripped off

Store schedule says that it closes at 8. Got here at 720 and they told me they were closed. Need to address this as the schedule says they are open to 8.

This is a combo Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Doughnuts. Super place. Reasonably clean and neat. Restrooms were clean. Lots of cool Dunkin breakfast wraps added to the doughnuts.Baskin Robbins ice cream is always top notch!Good wireless.Two nits to pick... 2 visits, 2 visits with zero waffle cones in stock. And it looks like they need to work on labor turnover... both nice young men who were there were obviously new and undertrained... NOT their fault.

This was our 1st trip really getting out enjoying Arkadelphia!!!! My sis took us to the local Baskin Robbins and I will be reviewing my girls! The crew was incredible and very patient!!!! The girls got 1 Pink Bubble Gum, 1 Cookies n Cream and 1 Rainbow Sherbet all w/ sprinkles. They loved it! I got Caramel Turtle and I found life in it!!!! It was delicious and worth every penny! The store was clean and neat. I enjoyed the experience.

My boyfriend and I went in for ice cream last night and the service was horrendous! It took almost 20 minutes for us to be served and the male and female staff were highly unprofessional. The female was eating ice cream behind the counter while helping customers. After I asked her a question she ignored me to laugh with her male coworker about other customers. I have worked many customer service jobs and let me tell you that would have never happened on my watch! Never going back!!! Who's running this place????
They never have any waffle cones, their hot fudge isn't hot They are always out of something that I order at this store.. Can't wait until a real ice cream shop comes in here DQ forever forever.

Super snide, condescending male staff member, (I later called corporate) I complained about a cone made improperly....ice cream fell right off the cone, when I complained about it, he told me I could purchase another one, he then told me that is how they are trained to make cones... without putting the ice cream in securely. I asked if he made his cones like that at home without ice cream in the actual cone, he said he did...sounds like a sad childhood..I informed him that I had one made the other day at a diffrent location, with ice cream in the actual cone..he said it probably melted.Never know when you're gonna get a self- proclaimed secret shopper........oh look his name is on the reciept...go figure......see Alex, when I serve...its only premium roast
