I'm part of a SAAS business and we accidentally called this restaurant instead of a pizza place. When the call got disconnected, they called me back immediately to ask what I needed. Just goes to show that Chick-Fil-A is the pinnacle of customer service.
TL;DR - This is a college Chick Fil A. You've gotta take what you can get.5 stars from the student's perspective of "thank goodness we have a Chick Fil A on campus!"4 stars if you are a visitor, for these reasons:- Prices are higher than your average CFA in order to compensate for students making purchases with their prepaid ID cards.- The food is often not as fresh as your average CFA. Lovely rooms/ casitas - nicely furnished, clean, great adornments. The view of the mountains was terrific. The staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was included and was simple but good. The owners made a point of meeting with and mingling with the guests.
