The one young female Mexican that always gets my order WRONG. She rushes and doesn’t hear good by the looks. Everytime she works there , always an issue. EVERYONE else is so wonderful and ALWAYS gets my order right! Other than that one worker, Great place to go! If she deals with your food, make sure it’s correct before leaving.

Absolutely the BEST donuts anywhere! I love donuts and get them wherever I go and no place beats these!!! The best glazed and chocolate glazed i have ever had! Do yourself a favor and stop here and get the donuts!

I get the same thing everyday. It's only usually $13. Today it was $17. The young girl at the drive through was very very very rude to me for no reason. And I think she got my order wrong on purpose. She gave me stuff I didn't order. I was just going to deal with it until I realized she didn't give me my bottle of coke for my son. I took it all back in, and I heard her yelling in the back she didn't ask for a coke. I most certainly did ask for a coke. But she gave me donuts I didn't order and a huge iced latte. I'm not sure why people work with the public, if they are just going to be rude and hateful.. all I wanted was breakfast for me and my children.. No reason for this place to have such a rude person in the drive through window. This experience was awful!!!, and embarrassing when we all heard her yelling in the back!! Sorry to say I will not eat here again if my family is going to be disrespected!
We had high expectations from the reviews on the donut palace. The donuts look amazing and they’re pretty good. There is an Asian American fusion breakfast sandwich that is a meat egg and cheese filled donut without the sugar. It was ok. The coffee drinks were ok. They were sweet but seemed like a premade coffee drink like you find at gas stations.

I am not from this town, stopped to pick up donuts for a client I was visiting. I chose this place over a chain nearby because it has good reviews. The young lady at the counter was rude, she was clearly bothered that I didn't order the way she wanted me to. I had never been there before and would not go back.

I was in town for my daughter having her baby. They sent me to get them some breakfast. Got the White Chocolate Iced Coffee, Donut Holes, Jalapeno Kolache and wanted a Biscuit w/ bacon and Cheese. They were out of Biscuits so I got it with Toast. Staff was very friendly
