I am extremely disappointed in my last several Dunkin’ experiences at this location. On 3 separate occasions I have placed a mobile order in advance and shown up to a closed store. These occasions were during middle of the day business hours. When asked why they are closing, I get shoulder shrugs and told that they cannot turn off mobile ordering when they close because a manager would need to call corporate for that. While in Arkadelphia, Arkansas my family pointed out a dunkin donuts establishment and since we frequent the one in our home town Texarkana, Tx which has phenomenal service we figured it would be the same there boy were we so wrong we ordered 6 ice coffee's extra cream extra sugar and payed and while waiting my wife noticed the restroom was blocked and ask if she could go use the facilities as she was 6 month pregnant.
