Terrible. I rarely go to Dunkin. This was my first time at this location. I ordered one iced and one hot coffee. It took 20 whole minutes just to get 2 coffees. The iced latte was so overpowered with TJ maxx syrup I ended up just pouring it out. My mom’s hot caramel latte wasn’t even caramel. $10 on coffee that got poured out in a gas station parking lot. Never again Dunkin’.

Only filled my cup 3/4 full. I travel the United States all the time and stop at Dunkin' Donuts they said they filled it 3/4 full because I asked for Less ice. This is the only Dunkin' Donuts that's ever done this to me

I don’t know if they just forget every.. single.. time… or they just constantly running out of ingredients. But this isn’t the first time my drink is missing half the ingredients. No whipped cream.. no cinnamon sugar.. no caramel drizzle.. I wanted to do a review of a popular drink, but this looks so bad I guess it has to be on their website. Sigh. I asked for light ice, but that space could’ve been filled with my whipped cream. 😒 I’m so salty about this. I would’ve mentioned it if I wasn’t in a rush to get to work.

This is the 2nd time i’ve come to this location and asked for a blue coolatta, and received this. My drink shouldn’t separate, shouldn’t foam in my mouth and leave my mouth extremely dry. I asked him to remake it and he said he didn’t add sugar in it but when he handed it to me the 2nd time, it tasted exactly the same. Usually when i get a blue coolatta, it’s a very pretty slushy blue drink. not this crap.

I rarely order from Dunkin', especially food. Every 6 months or so, I stupidly think that maybe it's improved. I do enjoy the maple snackin' bacon, so got the wrap this morning. Barely any bacon....of course. Gave 'em 2 stars because the service was decent this time at least.
