I was at this location on Sunday 03/23/25. We had the the worse experience EVER!! We waited 30 minutes to get our food. The food made me so sick. I will never eat at this location again.

Definitely not the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Sticky greasy floors, walls etc. Had to wait quite a while for my mobile pick up order, about 20 minutes of waiting around 4pm. Along with several other people. So I had the chance to observe that several employees had hustle but most did not. Next time I’m in the area I will skip this location.

The lady behind the speaker wasn’t too excited to help us with a sugar free iced coffee option. Pickup window guy, handed us a half armed iced coffee… window half open. Driving down the hwy …. Lots of coffee exiting the cup… voilà!!!! There’s a damn hole in the side of the cup, leaking all over the rental car…. UGGALOT
Dietary restrictions: Said they had no sugar free coffee syrup options for ice coffee. Other MC’s have sugar free vanilla
Where’s the beef? I recently stopped in at this McDonald’s with My Wife. We were driving back from a cruise we took going out of Galveston. We both ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal. Mine had bacon on it. After standing in the dining room for about 15 minutes, we finally got our food. When I opened up my quarter pounder with cheese box, all I found was a bun, bacon and cheese. No meat at all. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I walked back up with my sad quarter pounder with cheese box and there was a manager standing there with her hand out ready for me to hand her the box. She said nothing. I told her that there’s no meat on my sandwich. She walked back to the kitchen and hollered. I need another quarter pounder with cheese with bacon. She never said I’m sorry, she never said I can’t believe that happened, she never said anything Customer service related. I sat back down at my table to at least eat my fries before they got too cold. After another 15 minutes, My Wife was completely done with her quarter pounder with cheese and her fries, and I was still sitting there without a burger. I went back up to the counter and a different manager caught my eye, and I told her I just want my money back. I’m leaving. Evidently, I was never getting my replacement sandwich because she didn’t seem to know who I was. So, I told her I’m the one that was served a quarter pounder with cheese with no meat on it and I still have not gotten one that right and I’ve been here 30 minutes already. So she walks to the register and says I will give you your money back for the burger only. I of course told her if you think that’s the right move to make then that’s what you should do. She said it is. I said well I’ve never had such a ridiculous experience at a McDonald’s. (and the bar is set so low at McDonald’s that I didn’t think someone could actually do worse.) She never once said I’m sorry, she never once said I’m gonna talk to the kitchen staff and see what’s going on, she never once said anything customer service Related. I would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.

Do not go. 20 minutes waiting on my order and the employee was confused about what was going on. I asked for a member of management which I never got. If you listen in the video the employee tells me that I can call the manager in the morning.

Noisy people packed place. Great place to stop for gas and clean restrooms. Good brisket sandwiches, variety of food and snacks and quick service.

Very rude Manager. I mean, it’s McDonald’s. But still, you kind of expect some sort of professionalism from management, at least. If someone spends money on food and is charged for condiments, you expect the condiments. Usually it’s no big deal to ask for sauce and they give it to you. But not this manager. She insisted that we were wrong, like we were trying to get away with free sauce or something. Then argued with us after charging us for more sauce just so we could have it. I will never go back there and highly advise against anyone wasting money at that place in Arkadelphia Arkansas just because of how rude she was.
