Grabbed lunch here as a rest stop on a long road trip, but was quickly disappointed. We went in because the drive thru line was long—that was a mistake because they admitted that they prioritize the drive thru lines.
I’ve also used a lot of restrooms in my life (and I don’t say this lightly), but they were disgusting (at least the women’s restroom was): paper everywhere, urine stains on the seats & ground, gunk on the walls.
Then, the service was taking forever. We waited 30 minutes to get our food. We noticed that our order moved from the “in progress” to “being served” screen above the front counter. When I approached the counter to see what was going on, the lady told me that they cleared all of the “in progress” orders so that they didn’t ‘run up the clock’ on those orders. We still waited 15 minutes after that interaction to be served our food, assured that our order was being worked on.
The fries were stale and my sister (gluten free) ordered a bacon cheeseburger without a bun—usually not too much of a fuss for fast food, especially McD. However, they it into a container with the cheese stuck to the bottom, covered by toppings/sauces and bacon, then the patty.
There was a crowd of people waiting for food, mostly disgruntled. The customer service was lackluster and most of the employees looked disheveled of some sort. Ultimately, it all added up to a horrible and time-consuming experience. Do not recommend!!

Waited for over an hour at the curbside pickup to no avail, went inside and was ignored. All the while the drive through line is steadily moving meaning they are making orders. Have not been this disappointed in quite a while, will not be coming back to this location. Something has got to change seriously.

The food:Old, Luke warm, burnt/ mushy. Overly greasy to the point of nausea, and tasted off...didn't taste horrible, just weird. Service: There were people that waited for 45+ min before getting their order. Can't say much about the workers as they weren't out of the kitchen besides one that needed to use the bathroom. Atmosphere:Sad, gross and not a place to enjoy food.
{The dine-in area was dirty, left over bits of food all over nearly every table, chairs pulled away. The floors weren't sticky but looked unclean.}
∆THE BATHROOMS. They were filthy. Toilet paper all over the floors, the smell wasn't normal, the toilet paper you used after using the toilet was also on the dirty floor. Why would anyone want to see that? As well as being made to use the roll of toilet paper that is/was on the floor. I don't recommend. First and possibly last time going to this place∆

Probably the rudest staff I’ve encountered in a while and changed my order just so it was easier to input rather than taking my order as it was (special order but I’ve ordered the same thing dozens of times). Could probably use some training at this location.

This location is the really bad. I won’t even give them 1 star. There customer service is worst and they don’t even care for there customers. Everytime I been there code system won’t work, only happens to this location. Manager & workers are VERY VERY VERY rude. DON’T VISIT THIS LOCATION. They need to closed down if you can’t take care of their customers.
The food here was okay, pretty much what you’d expect from McDonald’s. My main issue was the limited menu options and the fact that most of their drinks were unavailable. It was frustrating not being able to order basic items that are normally standard at other locations. Definitely hoping they improve their inventory and selection.
