Subway is a well-run restaurant with accurate orders and great food. The employees are happy and the restrooms are clean. However, there was an issue when an employee's child was left with an iPhone in a booth, causing distraction. On a positive note, the staff on Oct. 4 and 5 were praised for finding a lost wallet, showing great customer service. While the food is good and the staff is friendly, some customers find the prices, like a 6-inch sandwich for over $9, to be higher compared to the past $5 footlong deals.
