Traveling through looking for dinner arrived 10 minutes prior to closing. Open sign was still on we walked up to the door which was locked. Staff working inside shrugged their shoulders at us and indicated they were no longer serving guest. We travel this area here and there but won’t be coming back to this Subway.
1. There were like 5 or 6 employees in there and only two customers actually in the store, one of them being another employee who was only there to pick up a mobile order. They ended up going behind the counter to make it themselves because when they told the person by the register they were there to pick it up, she said and I quote "that's got nothing to do with me."
I was the other customer and I had to wait many minutes before they stopped making whatever online orders and sticking loaves in the oven. The guy was in no rush to get that done in order to take my order.
2. I asked for a wrap and I remember thinking "that's a strange looking wrap.." because it wasn't a wrap! I didn't realize until I got back to work to eat it that it was a flatbread! Not only that but it's open on both ends! How am I supposed to eat that without all the insides just falling out?
I think I'm being pretty generous with a 2 star rating, to be honest!

The store is very well-run. The employees were happy to be there. Our order was filled accurately. Food was great. Restrooms were clean. Drive-through was busy. My only concern was that an employee placed her eight year-old in one of the booths and left her with an iPhone for entertainment. This little girl was way overstimulated with the phone. She danced to some video on the phone and it was very distracting. I know working with a child is hard if there's no child care, but subjecting your customers to be temporary "watchers" is not acceptable. The little girl took up a booth and no one would use the adjoining booth either because of all her happy dancing. Must have been OK with the manager?

Good food, but expensive for a "sandwich" shop.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through with nobody else in line. Got two dippers. Paid $3 each for a tortilla and a couple slices of pepperoni. Don't go to this subway. It sucks. Always slow and rude.

They don't chop their salads. They just put it in a bowl even the meat isn't chopped and when asked if they could chop the salad for my 80 or old Dad They said they don't chop salads anymore.

0 stars because of (1) the bread, which is normally consistently soft at Subway. Bread served to me here was the most stale ever received at a Subway (2) sanitation of servers, not sufficiently hand washing when was appropriate.2 stars awarded because condiments were well stocked and fresh.
Great sandwich
The place was clean
Food was pretty good. Staff was nice. But a 6 inch sandwich was over $9 without any add-ons. It’s crazy how much subway has increased prices from the $5 foot longs on the not too distant past
