After giving this Taco Bell a few tries while passing through Arkadelphia I can 100% say the consistently skimp on everything every time. My tostadas this trip were basically just a taco shell with red sauce poured on top. I can see why the restaurant always looks dead cause locals avoid it. I will do the same!

The night crew refused to help me wanted me to use the kiosk and I was only one in store I don't do those and they said "we'll that's only way to order boss" hope the owners are happy their night shift is refusing to service their customers cause they can use the kiosk ?!? Wtaf!

Food was fresh but stingy with the meat and lettuce. Also they were stingy with the sauces. I asked for 10 for my fairly large order and got 5. Bathroom was clean.
I think this was the slowest taco bell I've ever been in.

Food was thrown in bag. When opened all the ingredients of mexican pizza was off. The nachos ingredients were all to one side. The staff had terrible attitudes slamming things not acknowledging customers at front counter. When they were acknowledged it was with attitude. One customer had to come back 3 times to get all of his order. Do not recommend

Worst service. Team here is highly demotivated. Kept goofing up on multiple orders and items in the order even when I had it explicitly mentioned all changes from the app. I know it’s a vacation spot but you do not want to ruin the experience of your guests!!

Absolutely wouldn’t recommend spending your time or money here. First thing was i drove up to the drive through and i got greeted with a “yes” instead of the normal “welcome to taco bell.” Then I got to the window and the person snatched my debit card, basically threw my drink at me and then made me pull up to wait and when he brought my food out he threw it at me as well.

Food and service very good. The restaurant was a freezer. I had to go out to wait for the order.
Dietary restrictions: The cantina bowl is has no added gluten and could be made vegan if all animal products are taken off.
