Watched him prepare everything fresh.Excellent street tacos, I have both the Pork on the “spit” also called “trompo” as well as Carne Asada.Well worth the few minute wait, also extra kudos for being open on Christmas eve.Told me he will eventually add breakfast tacos to the menu and then go full brick and mortar to open a full fledged restaurant.Super nice man, and excellent food that’s fresh and delivered with pride.“
