Every time I come here the service has always been great! I cannot think of any issues I’ve had with the food. Their breakfast food is good as well as their onion rings, mashed potatoes. Really can’t think of anything I don’t like here!

We came here for the Onion Rings because we saw them on a TikTok video. #ArkieTravels . They did not disappoint! If anyone know about the Onion Loaf at Tony Roma's, these rings are very reminiscent of them. They are served with ranch. Good, but next time I have them, I will try with BBQ sauce.I had the Fried Chicken, my wife had the Fried Catfish, and my ever growing teenage son had the Double Cheeseburger. All of these were excellent meals.The menu is pretty diverse, with something for everyone. They serve breakfast all day! If you're waffling (see what I did?), give it a try. Small dining area, but if you time it right, small wait.Oh, and by the way, the owner, kitchen staff, and wait staff are all really friendly.

My family and I ate there last night. The food was amazing and we had the most incredible waitress(Jan). Also, the cream of potato soup was to die for. Wish I would of ordered a second bowl to go.Kid-friendliness: They have cute little mickey mouse pancakes. My daughter loved it

This restaurant is amazing!! Alix has a super bubbly personality that just makes you in such a good mood also the most fun I've ever had working with someone!!! And her food is amazing!! My personal favorite to get from here is her fried mushrooms!!Will be coming back to try the pork cutlet!!!

Drove to Salem the other day to eat at Swingles. They were closed for some reason. So we continued to Ash Flats, there were 4 of us, and hungry. We ended up at Meachams Restaurant. They were busy, and we ordered an appetizer of onion rings.They were great. But....person 1 ordered open faced beef sandwich which was placed on cut up bread.. WHY? and mashed potatoes with gravy was separate.It was mystery gravy, probably a 2 out of 10.And the beef was well, well done. Not very appetizing. Person 2 had a patty melt, it was a 5 oz. Overcooked again patty. Most places ask you how you want it done and are usually 8 oz. Again not very tasty. Person 3 ordered a chicken fried steak, with a droplet if gravy, had to ask for more but still did not get enough. And again, wait for it... it was overcooked. I was lucky, ordered not what I wanted, but ordered an omelets with a side if hash browns, they were brutally crispy and had a burned flavor.I understand that many folks in Arkansas do not travel far to get a meal out. But in Ash Flats, Meachams has a captive audience. No competition. Do not know how they lasted this long. Must be the onion rings, which were 10 out of 10.Will never eat there again or recommend this establishment. Will call Swingles next time we leave Mountain Home to go eat some awesome food and hopefully they will be open.

We have just moved into the area from south central Arkansas and tried many restaurants therein, however let me say Meacham’s is the bees knees. The onion rings are light, crispy, sweet and oh so tummy. The cheeseburgers were great and the french fries- yum! All in all, 5 stars and we recommend this eatery to anyone wanting to get full.

Overall the food was okay, I felt like the catfish could have had more flavor and the baked potato needed to be cooked just a hair longer. But the lemon cake, yall...you HAVE to try the lemon cake!!!
