Waited 2.5 hours for a pizza and cheese sticks was told everyone was new and they were backed up. Asked for a refund never got it or my food now I have to dispute it with my credit card company.

I ordered the bundle box and the young lady said it would be ready in 30 minutes. So I went out to my car to wait. I went back in 45 minutes later to pick up my order then another young lady told me that it was not ready still. She said it would be about 40 minutes if not longer. So I sat down in the lobby and waited another 10 minutes and asked if I could just get my money back. The young lady was so nice but it took the manager forever to come cash out. I will have to say this will probably be my last visit here until they can do better. In the past it was a fantastic place to dine or take out.

Woohoo to this Pizza Hut for being one of very, very few who still is open to the public for dine-in and even more rare, they still have a lunch buffet. 10 stars to this Pizza Hut!

Had to wait 30 minutes past pick up time for the pizza. Pizza was soggy in the middle and looked like they dropped it. Bread sticks were great. Cinnamon rolls were warm and raw.

This is got to be the worst, By far, Pizza Hut, I’ve ever ate at! A couple years back it used to be a go to for me! But for the past two years, The Pizza has no sauce and no flavor and you can bet you’re gonna Wait, at least an 30 mins longer than you were told, Hope an asteroid lands on the building!
