Don't waste your time and money at this place! I gave it a lot of thought before I decided to do this review, but last week was the last straw for me. Over the past year, I have had employees cuss in front of me because they didn't bring me the correct order. I've had an employee actually tell me that their "new-hires" don't properly clean the tea machines despite what management has told them. I've also been argued with multiple times on my orders when I have PAID for extra toppings and sauces and did NOT receive them. Their tea tastes old, the grilled sandwiches aren't actually grilled, their meat is old and rubbery, and the customer service STINKS. 0/5. I shouldn't have to practically beg staff for my order to be correct! Your best bet is to drive to the Melbourne or Mountain View Sonic when you can... since they actually seem to know what they're doing.

The food has always been OK. Its what you'd expect from a Sonic, but I almost always order online and I ALWAYS order "easy ice" for my drink, but not even once, have I ever gotten easy ice. Sadly, I don't think to check until I'm already driving towards home and pick it up for a drink and find it packed full of ice. There are also very few stalls that are actually functional and I spend entirely to much time pulling into and out of stalls looking for one that works. I tried drive-through today and not one even responded.

I got a cherry limeade slushie, and they are actually unlike the other sonics around Cave City and Batesville. My order was perfect. It had cherries, lemons, and limes in it. For the first time in a while, I went to a sonic, and my order was on point. Lovely perfect amazing

This place is always busy. We just moved here, so we've been eating a lot of fast food until we get the kitchen set-up. The food has been awesome, prices great, and if course we LOVE the drinks! My daughter was excited to see Big Red soda on the menu! BTW: they have better burgers than Artison Grill.

1/2 price shakes had ended day before, groovy fries gad been on sale for $1.00, any size. That ended the day before. We drove 19 miles to come for these two things but couldn't get them without paying terrible prices. We ended up with 2 each, what they call the double quarter pounders. The outside was so badly burnt that that was all you could taste!!!! We ate as we drove the same 19 miles to get home. It will be a cold day in hell before driving 38 miles round trip for that garbage!!!!!!!!! McDonald's gas double quarter pounders that are very flavorful & you get some real decent, unburned burgers!!!! Everything from Sonic has been sub-standard for the last 3-4 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always stop for either a grape slush or a coney dog. Tried the new crispy fries with sauce excellent. Sonic is to Arkansas like Steak n Shake is to Illinois every town has one. The town could have a population of only 8 people and you will have a Sonic and a Dollar

Of course, Sonic has always been a goto burger and accessory venue. Was a bit surprised to find this one in Ash Flat, AR to be drive-in only. Not a huge inconvenience though.
