I only gave two stars because the car hop was very nice. But this is the absolute worst sonic I’ve ever been to overall, I’ve had multiple orders come out wrong at this point. This time? I ordered burgers with only pickles and ketchup removed and got JUST mustard on my burgers ?? I didn’t even ask for mustard ? Just don’t leave before checking your food, check if it’s your order and check if the food is even warm.

Our burgers came out in record time. Which meant the patties where in the warmer. My fries where cold and it was an awful meal after we had been at the hospital for 8 hours and then a 3 hour drive home. So disappointing 26 dollars and my meal went in the trash

Never eating here again. It's worse every time I eat here and tonight was the breaking point. I got a cheeseburger that was saturated in grease. A puddle in the wrapper and the bun was a disgusting brown color from absorbing it for a while.

The man taking my order was so incredibly rude! I left in the middle of giving my order because of how rude he was. This was at 5:10pm on March 17, 2025. No wonder the parking lot was completely empty during the 5pm hour! Wow, Sonic. Wow.

Don't waste your time and money at this place! I gave it a lot of thought before I decided to do this review, but last week was the last straw for me. Over the past year, I have had employees cuss in front of me because they didn't bring me the correct order. I've had an employee actually tell me that their "new-hires" don't properly clean the tea machines despite what management has told them. I've also been argued with multiple times on my orders when I have PAID for extra toppings and sauces and did NOT receive them. Their tea tastes old, the grilled sandwiches aren't actually grilled, their meat is old and rubbery, and the customer service STINKS. 0/5. I shouldn't have to practically beg staff for my order to be correct! Your best bet is to drive to the Melbourne or Mountain View Sonic when you can... since they actually seem to know what they're doing.

The food has always been OK. Its what you'd expect from a Sonic, but I almost always order online and I ALWAYS order "easy ice" for my drink, but not even once, have I ever gotten easy ice. Sadly, I don't think to check until I'm already driving towards home and pick it up for a drink and find it packed full of ice. There are also very few stalls that are actually functional and I spend entirely to much time pulling into and out of stalls looking for one that works. I tried drive-through today and not one even responded.

I got a cherry limeade slushie, and they are actually unlike the other sonics around Cave City and Batesville. My order was perfect. It had cherries, lemons, and limes in it. For the first time in a while, I went to a sonic, and my order was on point. Lovely perfect amazing
