They were out of something i ordered and a rude young lady with red hair came out here as if it were an inconvenience. i asked what my other options were and she rolled her eyes and ignored me. if you want kind service the ash flat location is not the place to be.

I only gave two stars because the car hop was very nice. But this is the absolute worst sonic I’ve ever been to overall, I’ve had multiple orders come out wrong at this point. This time? I ordered burgers with only pickles and ketchup removed and got JUST mustard on my burgers ?? I didn’t even ask for mustard ? Just don’t leave before checking your food, check if it’s your order and check if the food is even warm.

Our burgers came out in record time. Which meant the patties where in the warmer. My fries where cold and it was an awful meal after we had been at the hospital for 8 hours and then a 3 hour drive home. So disappointing 26 dollars and my meal went in the trash

Never eating here again. It's worse every time I eat here and tonight was the breaking point. I got a cheeseburger that was saturated in grease. A puddle in the wrapper and the bun was a disgusting brown color from absorbing it for a while.
