Big Gilley's Smokehouse and Diner

I'm new around the area and seen someone get the baked potatoe stuffed. I couldn't wait to try it myself. I got the queso baked potatoe with brisket and it was very good. I have no complaints about that....the plot twist was when I ordered a side of Mac and cheese(which is my favorite food on the planet) It should be a crime to call that mac n cheese let alone serve it. I'm from Illinois. Idk if that's how yall like mac n cheese in Arkansas or what but if it is yall are committing a federal offense everytime you make it. I'm messaging Trump and Elon right now to investigate how yall wasting macaroni noodles since they trying to figure out how us Americans is wasting money. Other than that the customer service is amazing. All the other food I've had was very good. The mac has to be investigated

I got the Big Ugly Fries with chopped beef. It was wonderful. I live in Texarkana and whenever I'm in Ashdown I stop by. It's that good

Tried Gilleys for the first time today. The food was okay. I ordered the fries and they seemed like they were missing something. This is definitely not my favorite BBQ. The restaurant is run down and not clean either. I don’t know if I will give them another try or not

I only got part of what I ordered. I ordered the fish dinner and specifically said I wanted the slaw, relish, tarter sauce and beans that come with it. I should have checked before I left but I had to make a trip back to town to get the missing items. By the time I finally got it and got back home of course the fish and fries were cold. I let them know how unhappy I was and all they could say was sorry. I wasted good money for food that wasn’t worth eating. I won’t be making this mistake again

Great flavor, Mac and cheese was delish, potato salad was good and fried squash was good and hot! Coming back if w are in the area again.

This was our first time to eat at your establishment!!! Great tasting brisket, generous portions, great baked beans and slaw!! You did not disappoint!!! I had heard about this place and had read the reviews but today was our day to experience this first hand!! Friendly service!!! Keep up the good work!!!

The fish is delicious. It is the best! The fries with brisket and queso are so good!! Will definitely be back!!

An AWESOME place to get dang near anything you could ask for. My personal favorite is breakfast all day long! Great food, great service, great environment, great experience EVERYTIME! Can never go wrong rolling up to Gilley's for a delicious meal!

The loaded brisket baked potatoes are good!! My only suggestion would be to put butter on them before all the fixings. Very bummed we didn't get to try the twinkies as they call them. Service was top notch.

we are wanting to give a shout out to the young lady that has been our waitress for the last few months . Cannot remember her name but today was her last day. she also was going to get her wisdom teeth pulled and going off to college soon. she has always been SO cheerful polite well dressed not flashy clothes or to short of shirts or shorts well mannered very good multitasker also should add she is tall and such a pretty young lady . and just the sweetest young lady.. not many waitress these days that actually do what she does. we watched her one day talk a 2 year old to eat the French toast his daddy ordered . dad wasn't getting anywhere. .but she came and took her time to talk this little man into eating the French toast. we gonna miss you at Gilleys smokehouse and diner good luck on your new journey in life
