Took 20 minutes to get a texas whopper meal. Chris making the burgers was in lala land and never made my burger. When the manager asked him to make the burger he was more interested in arguing with them than doing his job. Fries got cold waiting for the burger, which was a sloppy mess when I finally got it. They had about 8 people working and only 1 girl wanted to do anything.

I went to get my drink, but they forgot to put the soda nozzle on the machine, and it sprayed everywhere. Things happen people forget, but they laughed about it and didn't apologize. Idk, which is more funnier me getting sprayed or them having to work at Burger King!

Great food but when going through the drive thru they always need us to pull up and wait for our order so their managers don't get in trouble over the wait time limit...

Pulled up to the drive-through. No answer to my "hello?" Pulled around. 1 car in front of me. The driver was deep into a conversation with the drive-through cashier. Backed up, pulled around and went inside. After a minute (I'm the only person at the counter), drive-through through cashier walks right past me until the person making burgers in the back called her to my attention. She apologized for not seeing me. I placed my order. She had to stop because the register wasn't cleared from a previous purchase. Then, the amount was double what it should have been. So, now she re-rings the order. Correct amount now. One of the two meal burgers is put out. There's a discussion about there are two and not just one meal orders. About 5 minutes later, meal burger #2 is started. 2nd burger is put out. Then, another 6 or 7 minutes waiting for the fries. The food was good, what you'd expect. But don't have to be somewhere anytime soon if you go there after 9:00pm.

The employee with the name tag that spells c h a n he's African-American has itchy looking skin that works at the drive-thru window very nasty disposition and very rude asked us to move our car up when there was no one in line as well as I went into the restaurant to retrieve my food and he asked me did I have a problem I have pictures of the four pieces of bacon which was two sides of bacon I received I didn't drink my iced coffee because I felt that he may have spit in it they need to not have him working at the drive-thru poor representation of Burger King in the awesome Hospitality I've received from other places I've traveled all over the world settling here in Texarkana this black man and I'm saying black man because I'm a black woman needs to not be working at Burger King and I will not be going back to visit or to get any food from there because I felt that it was tainted after I've spent $20 it was $18.49 for the breakfast thanks and have a great day
Parking: Not sure what's going on with the world when you go through the drive-thru that you have to pull off to the side but it's dumb as hell and it has something to do with this slow back with thinking type of folks there was nobody there's plenty of parking but why do I have to pull over and move my car when there's nobody in line to receive my food through the drive-thru do not eat there do not eat there do not eat there

Food was good and fresh. Window clerk had a great attitude. Tried the chicken wrap it was good. Nice size piece of chicken hopping that's what it was. It was good, my service dog loves their chicken pieces. Price much better than McDonald's

I got my rodeo burgers, which was supposed to be a chicken junior and a rodeo.I opened up the Rodeo with cheese, and there was a pubic hair on my rodeo. Wth!?
