We went through the drive thru at 8pm and it took nearly 30 minutes to get 1 meal. It had to be one of the slowest fast food drive thrus I have ever been to!

we sat and waited for our food for 45 minutes!!!! everyone behind us was leaving as well but we had already paid! this was ridiculous!!! The man was standing inside not even doing his job all he did was stand at register and wait for the food and didnt help the one lady working!!!

Upon walking in we noticed 1 piece of fish in the pan beneath the warmer. Watched the person that took our order turn from the register then put on gloves and begin battering fish, no hand washing or sanitizer. Of course we received the old piece of fish intentionally because he only fried 7 pieces and the order was for 8. The hush puppies were completely undercooked. The customer service was just as pathetic.
I did not like this chicken express, the catfish was cooked so hard and dried, the flesh was a pink color, the chicken liver was overcooked and barely any coating, not a good experience, I want stop there again,
