I’ve gone through the drive thru three times in the past week at 5:30 pm and each time was told 15 min wait for chicken!!! Why do they wait until they run out of chicken to cook at dinner time 🤷🏻♂️ I left each time without ordering and will not be back.

The cashier working the window was incredibly rude, and they left out the bread we ordered. Not worth $44 for cold food and snarky remarks. Never again will I make this mistake!

I love chicken express it’s my favorite place. But this one doesn’t have military discount. That ok I guess but than with my gizzards I substitute the gravy for honey mustard. Every other one I’ve been to it’s a free swap. This one charged me than the female employee got rude when I was surprised. The guy was nice about the military discount

Very busy at lunch time. But was worth the wait. Will support anyone who spreads the word of our Lord and savior 🙏. Impressed that its on the tray with your food.

We went through the drive thru at 8pm and it took nearly 30 minutes to get 1 meal. It had to be one of the slowest fast food drive thrus I have ever been to!
ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, and no apologies from staff!!!!!!
They need to keep tea and condiments stocked
