Me and my kids ordered a pizza to go, the pizza was good the staff member that waited on us was I think the rudest person I have ever encountered. I believe her name was Adrienna from my receipt literally won't eat there ever again because of said individual!

The pizza melt was fantastic!! The service was very slow... I waited for at least 10 minutes before seeing any employee... I took the liberty of using the restroom and gathering my 2ltr... As I paid for everything on line had my order been in sight I would have taken it and been on my way instead of waiting patiently tapping my fingers on the counter... Happily my food was still hot and my 2ltr still cold though she did want to charge me a second time for it

The manager was yelling while making food and refused to give a doordasher their food because she was made at doordash she was very unprofessional and rude to her employee working and the door dasher
The last two times I ordered for delivery, I waited an hour and received a phone call from them that door dash is delivering so it will be at least another hour. . We are only 5 mins down the road. Both times, I had to find someone to go get the pizza. What is the point of delivery if it takes two hours? This is unacceptable.

We definitely had a great meal!!! The pizza was delicious, but more than anything the customer service was great!!!! Doug, was the one that took our order, very pleasant man and two young guys in the back greeted us nicely as well. Would definitely make this one of our family dinner spots!!

I give the establishment a 4 because there is a limited dine in set up and no buffet. Pizza was good and the service was good and the staff were accommodating and helpful. Ownership or franchise has changed the set up and removed the buffet and the fountain drinks. They do sell drunks and offer paper plates and multiple tables. Maybe they can revive the good ol days of dine in experience
