We ordered our food and 10 minutes after it said it was being delivered, I walked in to see where our food was. Literally just sitting on a tray. The ice in our teas were melted and our food was cold. We were just traveling thru and didn't want to take the time to ask for it to be remade. We waited over 30 minutes. Yes, they were busy but they were delivering to other cars around us. Plus, we are actually people who tip well for them to bring it to us. Very disappointing.

Boring and sad! Half the stalls didn’t work for ordering, and when I found one that worked, the pay slot didn't work. Even the poor car hop said she was frustrated and fed up.

We came through before and everything was great. We went tonight and the burgers were cold, the tots were chunked in the bag , and the sprite tasted horrible.

Slow. I order on app its swipe away everytime. I have to push Button ask about my order. Carhop hands me order lid not on sundae right & dripping down the side. So my order just been melting. Spilled my sundae cause it's a mess they want a tip for this. I won't be going back to

I got 5 miles toward home had to drive back to get the bag he forgot. ... all of our burgers.... nothing worse than cold food....
