I love this place but they're using cheap bagged lettuce and it was so soured and gross. The rice and beans and cheese dip and salsa and service was awesome just don't eat the lettuce
1 of 2 sit down restaurants in town (I won't go to the other one for personal reasons though so I may be a bit biased). Food is consistently good and I try to get something different on every visit The staff are always friendly and accommodating so service is on par with their personal hospitality. We stopped at this place after seeing the total eclipse of 2024. We were sort of dreading going to a Mexican restaurant as we have FOUR Mexican restaurants in our hometown, but I am so glad we stopped here. The food was delicious. I noted that I couldn't eat a full portion of fajitas and we couldn't take it home as we were travelling and they allowed me to get a lunch portion. I'm not sure if they charged me dinner prices, but I was glad they gave me a smaller portion....
