Ok so we have never been here before and will never return. We are on the first leg of a road trip and decided at around 8 pm that we would swing in a McDonald’s and get a quick bite to eat and get back on the road. Waited 20 minutes in a short line for our food and when the food came out my wife’s nuggets were cold. We had to loop in and spend another 5-10 minutes waiting on her nuggets. I gave 2 stars on the food because mine was ok. Don’t come to this place if you are expecting fast food to come out fast.

I go into this McDonald's in Atkins I order a regular hamburger with mustard and pickle only a small fry and a beverage. No problem no big deal the girl was very kind and courteous. I waited at a table for 20 minutes nobody called my number walk up there ask about my number was right there on the counter nobody said anything. Pulled out my hamburger it was cold my fries were cold finally had a lady tell me that they couldn't make it because they're steamer was broke and nobody told me communication was terrible. Finally after another few minutes she had me a burger and Fry prepared. I have no clue what the problem is with customer service anymore. This is utterly ridiculous
