Sonic is a go to drink place, always has been. So when I order drinks and only drinks, I expect them to be as I ordered them and to not wait 45. MINS for them! They didn't even add the stuff I laid extra for. Jeeez

You guys have GOT to get your screens fixed. There's like maybe 5 of them that work and the ones that do aren't calibrated right at all.
I know it's not the poor workers fault but I hear how terrible some of these customers treat your workers. PLEASE if not for the customers (yikes) at least do it for the workers that get verbally harassed by things out of their control.
One of your screens is literally a blue screen and another is literally the WINDOWS DESKTOP. 😭

Once again order stalls non functioning. No one ordering . I was only customer. At least 3-4 workers on duty. 5-6 minutes to get reply. How hard is it to understand large Dr. Pepper and Cheese sticks. Still couldn't get it. Atkins Sonic by far the worst ones I've been tom
Cold burger, BLT with extra bacon, had less bacon than a normal BLT.

Half the screens and stalls are out of order everything I drive thru. Rude ppl on monitor when they finally take your order and 9x out of 10 is Always wrong or tastes cold and old. One day it took 45 min to get 2 large drinks. I will drive to pottsville or russellville, ar before I go to this one again

Very friendly carhop she offered us extra sauces also. We had a really large food order and everything was done correctly so thankfully for that because we had 5 kids in the car. The food was fresh and tasty. Thank you.
