I ordered on the app because we were traveling. First she went to the wrong car, which could have been a mistake. But she apologized and I said that was ok! Second, I had explained that my drinks were wrong and that I was missing a drink. That’s when she started with the attitude. She rolled her eyes and walked off. She came back with the missing drink but she wouldn’t fix the other drinks. I pushed the button and explained about the drinks and still no one brought it. The 3 rd time a guy answered and he apologized and a different carhop came and I explained that my daughters can’t drink sweet tea, I even apologized for the confusion. But the disrespect from the first carhop was uncalled for. I will never return to this location

I had a terrible experience at this Sonic location. It wasn’t busy at all, yet my order still came out wrong. The first car hop seemed annoyed that the order was wrong. We waited several minutes for a different car hop to return with our order. She didnt smile. She didnt day a word. She handed the food to me and took my money. Which we needed change and she decided to take the money and without saying a word she walked away to apparently get change. Leaving without saying a word was very dismissive.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was unacceptable. I hope management takes steps to improve their staff’s professionalism and accuracy, because this was definitely not the Sonic experience I expect.

THE WORST sonic experience!!! Ordered 10 minutes ahead. Got there and waited FORTY MINUTES. Called after 20 & they said they’d have it right out. So frustrated. I hope I get a refund because we never got our food!!

Cold corn dog, was packed in bag while fries were reheated. Fries were not fresh and crispy they were hard from being overcooked. Corn dog tasted like French toast sticks
