I was called in for an interview I called back for the last two weeks and they wouldn’t answer me I finally called back today and Jessica Nash (the manager) was very rude with me over the phone if I were you I wouldn’t go here or even attempt to try and apply because the manager their is very rude!

They do a good job here. I will say it’s usually understaffed. Sometimes it gets pretty busy, but the people I have seen working try their best. The franchise owner needs to invest in more people, but I’m glad Atkins has this food option. I would easily recommend this.

In this review I’d give ZERO stars but it won’t let me post without giving a star. We went thru the drive thru last night with a coupon(every coupon says what sandwiches are excluded). This one did not so we figured it was okay, we ordered to lastly mentioning we are using a coupon. In which a lady very rudely said we couldn’t use the coupon on the Beast sandwich. We tried explaining it didn’t say anything about excluded sandwiches. To rudely be told “Look we have been working here a while and we know what’s allowed and what’s not allowed on the coupons”. We completely left the order and found food elsewhere because there’s away of handling business and that was NOT it….I love Subway but will not be returning, I’ll highly recommend not going to that Subway to all my friends n family too!!

I accidentally ordered from this store on the app when it was supposed to be in Russellville… Well I thought no biggy i’ll just call and void it real fast. No phone is hooked up and it says the line cannot be reached so $16 for a sandwich that I didnt even

I came in last night to get a sandwich and instead of being greeted with a smile and told it would just be a moment before she could make my sandwich, I was greeted with a very frustrated woman who had four sandwiches ahead of me and it was going to be a while, is what she said. Now had she have smiled and said I have a few sandwiches I'll be right with you or even apologized for the wait.... I've been here before in months past and there was a gentleman working here who was great but I don't think he's there anymore ? anyway kindness goes a long way with customers.

They really took care of us on our travels through the state. Get that double toasted double meat, heavy on the chipotle sauce & you’ll be satisfied. No doubt about it.

We went through the drive thru to place an order and there wasn't anyone taking our order. We sat there for about 8 minutes. There wasn't anyone in front of us and there was one car behind us and they left also.

The store always has the pleasant aroma of fresh bread, and typically has every meat and veggie available. The sandwich artists each have a good memory, as they can generally guess correctly what my preferred order is, and they are always kind to me.This store also accepts coupons and typically isn’t very busy, which results in the sandwiches being done quickly, provided that you aren’t on your phone.
The old Subway was not good, but this new one is a lot better! Our sandwiches are always tasty and accurate to what we order. :)

Walked in around 8:45pm there was a family of 5 sitting in there. The girl said she didn’t think she would be able to serve us. Mind you this restaurant does not close until 10, and I addressed that they were open for another hour or so. She instead said she had a lot of food to make. 5 sandwiches is all she had to make for them. She refused to serve us because she wanted yo visit with the family that was in there. When we went to walk out, she and the family that was in there started laughing. Cannot seem to find a number to report this to the manager both I call say out of service.

My daughter and I went here for sandwiches. We went through the drive through. No one was in front of us. No one was behind us. No customers were in the store. However, the two women inside the store managed to completely foul up every sandwich we ordered!!! They also took their sweet time making the sandwiches. I will not go back to this Subway! They showed no interest in preparing our order correctly. It was clear, they were only there for the check. Zero concerns for the customers!

We got there at 8:45 the sign says it closes at 10 but they have the door locked and won’t let you in even though they see you out there. If this only happened once that would be different. They literally just close whenever they want. But they are still in there making sandwiches but force you to go to the drive thru
