We've always wanted to try The Tamale Factory in Augusta, AR. We were heading out to survey a private land owner's swamplands for rare plants, and amongst the expansive fields you drive through on the way to get there, all of a sudden you see a large barn with a parking lot, completely full of vehicles, in the middle of "nowhere". This place is excellent! The Porterhouse steak was some of the best I’ve had, my wife enjoyed her shrimp, the service was outstanding, and the beer prices were more than fair. This place is a must if you’re in the area!
