This is now the second time that these people have left food out of my bag that I paid for, and they admit it. But won’t stand behind it unless I drive 20 minutes back there to pick it up right now . You can’t go the next day and get your money back for what they left out or even a credit for what they left out. They want you to get in your car and drive back there.

Usually have pretty decent service here, but tonight some family friends picked up a shortcake for me and the girl not only ignored them for over 5 minutes but also opened the window, let them begin ordering, rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut before proceeding to take their order. It’s very unfortunate behavior on her end, they were not rude in the least as I was on the phone with them. I hate to continue my complaint but she only put 1 cookie in my shortcake! The food here is not what was, it’s terrible.
The burgers are made from what looks like chewed up meat, soggy. The ice cream was a go to for great soft serve, no more Used to love eating here, but ownership changes have made affected the quality of food greatly.
