Sorry, it’s inconvenient to serve customers. Ordered to dine in using kiosk(didn’t print the receipt out) was #19 table tent. She brought food to counter hollered out 19 and walked away. Complaining about her job the whole time. Customer said ice in soda is out. She refused to refill.

I will never dine here or get food from here again. The staff comes to help me and I told them i was picking up an order that my mom who is disabled had put in and they was like "its not here" or "we cant find it". Which i understand since it takes a bit to load sometimes but then i called her, she tried calling, nobody answered and i went back in a second time and showed them the proof that we ordered from that exact location and what was on it and they said "maybe your mom doesnt know what she was doing or didnt finish it." I was livid so i asked to speak to a manager and i was talking to the manager!!! Will not recommend!!! We had to go on a different website to get a refund. Never again! Will not take anyone who will say crap about my mom.

Sent email to site listed on my receipt. One of the worst experiences I have had at a McDonalds in a long time. Long wait for food 23-25 minutes while asked to pull forward. I finally got a hot and spicy sandwich instead of chicken sandwich I had ordered. Had to walk in as several others had done, too either get orders completed or their order after long wait. Waiting too hear response from specific email I sent.
