Went to get dinner at 9:15pm and there sign said open but the lights were out and the doors were locked and they are suppose to be open til 10pm . Was not happy and will be calling in the morning and speaking with a manager about this .

Went in to get dinner and no one ever came to the front. I’ve never had a great experience here (rude workers with attitude usually) but still usually get my food and take it in stride as I understand how hard it can be sometimes. I stood in lobby for 15 minutes no one ever came to the front I called out 3 times with no answer, I work in food service and this is completely unacceptable, I will be calling to speak with the general manager about my experience.

Kayla in drive thru very rude. Asked to add two small drinks to our call in order (bc last time we ordered ahead, they were watered down) and she actually sighed and rolled her eyes. Made another smirky look when she handed them to us. Would normally understand it as a one time thing/bad day, but the service is consistently rude from the same person

The girl Kayla was rude. She acted like my mom was an inconvenience. She is beyond rude.
This subway is a joke. Not only did the GIRL mess up my order, then she had the nerve to roll her eyes when I asked for more onion she only put 3 little peices on it. I walked right out of there!

We came to Subway 01/11/24.Some girl who said she had been there 3 months (don't know her name) was slow and rude. She made up online orders that were loaded and JUST came through instead of taking care of our 2 SIMPLE orders first. She was goofing off with I guess her brother and took about 20 minutes just to make 4 sandwiches. We waited patiently and for whatever reason, she was down right RUDE as we were ordering and checking out. I was trying to make small conversation and asked for more pickles and apologized because I wanted extra and she wouldn't look at us, smile, say anything back and just shoved our food at us with an attitude.

Bf ordered his sandwich with no onions, and mayonnaise. He gets his sandwich and it comes with no Mayo and onions. He calls to tell them and she says they can remake it. Gets there gets his new sandwich and it’s still made the same way. How hard is it for simple instructions?
