My family and I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the restaurant, feeling completely overlooked by the wait staff. When I say ignored, I mean that not a single employee acknowledged our presence—not even a fleeting glance. To make matters worse, they forgot my salad entirely. We waited so long for our meals that I ultimately decided not to ask for it, as I was just eager to leave.
When my lemon pepper chicken finally arrived, I was taken aback by its minuscule portion. It appeared as though a single chicken breast had been butterflied into a quarter of its original size. Meanwhile, other diners who had arrived well after us were being served and finished with their meals while we still sat there waiting.
The vegetables accompanying my dish were bland and uninspired, lacking even a hint of salt or seasoning. To top it off, my family member's country fried steak was a far cry from what we had anticipated; it looked and tasted as if it had been hastily pulled from the freezer section at the Harps grocery store nearby.
Overall, the meal was a letdown in every sense, from the inattentive service to the subpar food quality. It truly marked one of the most frustrating dining experiences we've ever encountered.

Asked for over hard on my eggs hashbrowns could of been cooked longer. For the price e I paid was way to much 11.99. I'll I had was 2 slices of toast and 2 pieces of bacon. Wo t be back

Came in while traveling, was very disappointed in the price versus the amount of food you get. Ordered the smothered hamburger steak and lemon pepper chicken. The salad is basically just lettuce and cheese. The hamburger steak was okay, we also ordered the lemon pepper chicken which was very over done and basically a very thin chicken strip. You can see in the photos . Definitely not worth the $40 we paid for the meal. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning.

I stop in there last Wednesday morning for a sausage/egg/ cheese/ buicut and a drink and it was the bomb so fresh and hot. The people were so friendly and great service. I will be back for some more delicious food

Comfort foods, excellent breakfast options that taste just like mama makes and it is served all day, the BEST desserts, and huge Cinnamon Rolls to die for!!!! You can surely tell everything is homemade and you won't leave hungry! Lots of options, good portion sizes, and delicious specials on the daily! Cozy down home diner, definitely a staple for this community!! ❤️❤️✨️✨️10/10 recommend. Not only does Keri make up the best homemade meals but she really makes you feel at home too when you visit her restaurant!! ??

Don’t waste your time or money here. My wife and I got the $9.99 special that we were told was homemade. The chicken and dressing and macaroni and cheese and cream potatoes tasted like they came out of a box. Could not find any chicken in the dressing. I asked our waitress if I could swap for the pot roast she said she would check on that and came back with some pot roast on a plate. What she failed to tell me was the additional charge for the pot roast! When we got our bill that should have been around $20 before taxes we were floored when it was over $38. Went downhill from there. The cook/owner said there was no chicken in the dressing because it was shredded? I brought the dressing to her and ask her to find the chicken she pulled from the plate two small hair thin pieces she said was chicken. I ask her to pull better than that out of there and she refused saying the chicken is cooked into the dressing? She never explained why our bill was almost doubled? Food was inferior and owner can’t add and she could care less.
