horrible service we sat at our table for 1 hour waiting for our food folks who got there 45 minutes after we did got their food we never got ours we left. I messaged on messenger and no response. we will never go back.
Waiter ignored us while caring for his friends at next table. They were seated after us bt 10 minutes but had their order taken first, received food much faster, we were ready to walk out. Kitchen staff kept us there with the delicious food. Husband showed waiter our upset with his tip. You brought it on yourself. Oh, by the way, we are pretty new residents.
Our family has been eating here since the restaurant opened decades ago and we consider it one of the best in all of Arkansas. Great Cajun style food, especially their crawfish dishes, but everything on the menu is delicious. Great service too, and prices are reasonable for what you get. Highly recommend.
