It was our first time here. The ice cream is so good. It takes a while for each item so have patience when you come.

Parking: Pavilion so there’s plenty of parking and then there’s also a park around the corner so you could park there in that big parking lot too

Kid-friendliness: Nobody was rude or disrespectful everybody that was and got along with each other like we all had fun and let the kids run around very open space it was just lovely

Paid 52.00 for 4 items. One of them was forgotten and 5 other people were served before I just had to remind them of my missing item. Would not recommend and will not be back.

Service at this location can take much longer than at their other location on North Greenwood Rd, but the rolled ice cream is delicious at both stores. I don’t mind the prices b/c we’re ordering more of specialty type items here but would like it if prices were listed on the items instead of having to ask the price of each one beforehand or being surprised. We’ll continue to stop by occasionally when not in a rush.

Anytime I ever call the greenwood location I am always told they don't speak english and they hang up. As a popular business that is not good customer service or anyway to run a business. In person when you order the language barrier is crazy. They clearly dont always understand what your saying cause they dont respond properly. For such a popular place there really should be at least one bilingual person who can answer basic questions or take orders. The food is great. Vargas really is a unique place with great food and delicious treats. They just really lack when it comes to great customer service. Edited to say... The 3.8 in reviews for a place with such good food should really speak to them. I hope who ever runs this place really listens to those with bad reviews. There is always room for improvement. Take them as constructive criticism and improve upon the issues. They would be phenomenal then.

Absolutely delicious place. We went there this past weekend and it was totally worth it. I got the Reese’s Super Freak shake and my girlfriend got the Snicker’s Super Freak shake. I’m struggling to remember what it is currently but I have photos of these beauties. It took a while to get out order, but the wait was worth it. Definitely worth a visit but it’s going to take a hot minute to burn off those calories.

Wasn't that impressed, and a little $$f

Paid steep price for 6 rolls of ice cream in a Sam Club foam bowl that looks cheap. Bad customer service. There are few people in front of me on a quiet day, but took 15 mins to get my ice cream, and my friend had to wait another 10 mins to get his. 1 star for a nice, clean, and new store and location, but I guess those don't matter. From now I only go back to Delicias Michoacanas Ice Cream located on Rogers Ave by North side HS. Best Mexican ice cream for a cheap price.

I came to this place 40 minutes before it closes and they already turn all the machines off. They girls were not nice at all and did not want to turn the machines off. Bad service. 0/10 experience. Not recommended to go to this location, go to the other location.

This is the place to go if you're looking for something cold to eat for a hot day!! Amazing atmosphere and great service!! I 100% would recommend this place located in Barling Ar.
