My order was wrong and terrible! How can you make a whopper taste nasty? Didn't get the order correct after repeating it twice! And now they have it where you can't just call the store directly anymore?

Don't understand why so many go to McDonald's when Burger King has better burgers, fries, salads, and chicken sandwiches. Overall, much better food n not the little bitty burgers at McDonald's. Wake up, people go to Burger King and eat.

This used to be a great place to visit but it's awful now. Entire meal items get left out of our orders, food comes stale and/or burnt, meal items have been switched out for someone else's order, I've been handed someone else's ENTIRE order and they take it back from my hands and hand it to the next person, and the customer service, even from the manager, is argumentative, dismissive, and void of any concerns for their customers. We will never go back.

2 stars for kindness? Everytime we go they are friendly and all but we have to pull around to get our food which isn't ever very fresh considering. We don't go often but every once in a while we want to give it another shot.Today we ordered the classic chicken wrap x3 and got 1 classic, 1 that was half classic (ranch) and half spicy and 1 that was spicy. All 3 had one very small piece of chicken in them. Like they took 1 chicken strip and split it between several including ours.

After years of not eating here, I really wanted to like BK. Unfortunately, after the service I had tonight, there’s just no way I’ll ever return. RIP BK. Poor customer service, food that was ordered on mobile from the parking lot was cold and Oreo thing my wife got was completely melted. I understand it’s hard to find quality workers in this industry but man, how on earth does BK survive. We waited 15+ minutes on a Sunday evening. It’s not like it was jam packed. Really disappointed as I really wanted my childhood memory of BK to return because I use to love it. The burger would have been good had it not tasted like it was in a refrigerator and same for the fries.

Took 3 times getting my order right. How hard is 2 plain double hamburger. Didn't notice until I got home that there was no bacon on my burger. How hard is it reading the order as you make it. It isn't rocket science. Basic reading.
