just a bad experience is all
Terrible customer service. I was hung up on. They never remember to put Buffalo sauce on anything. This last order, I asked for extra Buffalo and they still forgot to put it on the pizza. This was for delivery and I wasn’t going to wait another hour for a new pizza. Our delivery took almost two hours to show up. This location needs to get there stuff together.
In the last 6 months 9/10 they never put the buffalo sauce on. To the point we bought a bottle to keep in our cabinet. Tonight we ordered our usual and after an hr Brian called to check on our order. The man we spoke with was extremely rude and even hung up on us at the end. 20 minutes later our food finally arrives and even though we asked for EXTRA sauce this time in hopes it would come with sauce there wasn’t a single drop.
