I've come to the conclusion that there must be a note attached to my phone number letting the employees know to mess up my orders. 4 TIMES IN A ROW my order has been wrong. I have been treated rudely as well. I told the manager to have a blessed evening and his comment was " I hope you don't get into a wreck." Will never go back and will suggest that noone else does either.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience today. While I understand food business can be stressful and rushes happen, my experience today is unacceptable. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for One large pizza, half pepperoni, half buffalo chicken. I checked multiple times, the first time being told twenty minutes after I had already waited the estimated 20 mins by the app. I was then told by a different employee that it was a gonna be another 15-20 mins on the pizza and that it was third on the screen. Since I had already paid for the pizza I went to park one last time and then received my food. I opened the box only to find that the pepperoni was burnt, there was barely any sauce, the crust was burnt with air pockets, and they put buffalo sauce on all of the pizza and not just the buffalo chicken side. This experience was unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed.

Terrible customer service. I was hung up on. They never remember to put Buffalo sauce on anything. This last order, I asked for extra Buffalo and they still forgot to put it on the pizza. This was for delivery and I wasn’t going to wait another hour for a new pizza. Our delivery took almost two hours to show up. This location needs to get there stuff together.

In the last 6 months 9/10 they never put the buffalo sauce on. To the point we bought a bottle to keep in our cabinet. Tonight we ordered our usual and after an hr Brian called to check on our order. The man we spoke with was extremely rude and even hung up on us at the end. 20 minutes later our food finally arrives and even though we asked for EXTRA sauce this time in hopes it would come with sauce there wasn’t a single drop. We also ordered buffalo Mac and cheese with bacon and no bacon was added. I called to speak with the supervisor and he did offer to give us a coupon for our order. Not once apologized or assured me he’d address his employees. Brian and I are very understanding people and had it been a staffing issue we would have completely understood but the lack of customer service is unacceptable. Dominos lost a very used to be understanding customer tonight!
Soooo, I freaking LOVE this Dominos, they don't ever disappoint me when it comes to their food, have had one or two employees that could work on their people skills, but other then that, AWESOME GRUB!! The crew that worked the night of 08/21/2024, Y'all did an OUTSTANDING job on my order, think it was the best yet!

Our pizza was not cooked all the way. The cheese was curdled and cold and the crust was soggy. I contacted corporate . They said someone from the store would contact me and they never did. I waited a week.
