The past 3 times we have eaten here the thin crust pizzas have been so dry. There isn't any sauce on them!! it’s literally just cheese on cardboard. The pizzas used to be decent, but they are no longer worth the money. A 3$ pizza from walmart somehow has more sauce than a 15$ pizza from this place ✌️

So...this IS NOT my first incident with this Domino's, but it WILL be my last. Their management, crew and their service is HORRIBLE. I placed an order for two large pizzas this evening and was told that it would be 30-35 mins; an hour later...I was still waiting on my food. They couldn't even find my order and when they did find it, I was told it would be another 30 mins. When I finally asked about my order AGAIN, yes, my money was returned to me but when I asked what happened to if you don't receive your food in the specified time it will be free. I was told by the manager that since my money was returned there wasn't much he could do about my food.

Dominos should pay it's employees instead of relying on tips. Until the company changes it's policy of underpaying drivers, it gets a low rating.

I've come to the conclusion that there must be a note attached to my phone number letting the employees know to mess up my orders. 4 TIMES IN A ROW my order has been wrong. I have been treated rudely as well. I told the manager to have a blessed evening and his comment was " I hope you don't get into a wreck." Will never go back and will suggest that noone else does either.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience today. While I understand food business can be stressful and rushes happen, my experience today is unacceptable. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for One large pizza, half pepperoni, half buffalo chicken. I checked multiple times, the first time being told twenty minutes after I had already waited the estimated 20 mins by the app. I was then told by a different employee that it was a gonna be another 15-20 mins on the pizza and that it was third on the screen. Since I had already paid for the pizza I went to park one last time and then received my food. I opened the box only to find that the pepperoni was burnt, there was barely any sauce, the crust was burnt with air pockets, and they put buffalo sauce on all of the pizza and not just the buffalo chicken side. This experience was unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed.
Ordered pizza at 545. It’s now 7pm and I’m still waiting for the pizza.
