I had a very disappointing experience here. When ordering, we were offered an old brisket sandwich that had been sitting for a while “if we wanted something quick.” We declined and placed our order as planned. When we got home, I discovered they had given me that old brisket instead of the Frisco I actually ordered. The fries were also hard as a rock.
When I returned to get the correct sandwich, the woman working seemed annoyed that I was there and gave a halfhearted “oh yes, sorry about that.” I asked if I could get fresh fries since mine were inedible, and she abruptly told me no because they were “fresh” when she put them in. The lack of care for the order, the quality of the food, and the poor customer service made this a very frustrating experience. I will not be returning.
You'd think with how expensive things are that'd give a crap about their food. Disgusting behavior.

They do not listen when they take your order. Then when you complain they think you want free food. If you go through drive through and they get your order right you are extremely lucky. I try to never go there but when I have it's been not right. Either it's their speaker system or the inattentive care of the people. Just had to vent.🤔

Thank You Amber for taking care of me tonight and making my Ham & Cheese sandwiches. It was clear to see that you are a hard worker! They need to give you a raise!
Now the guy working with you tonight, he is a different story... it totally felt like he stayed away from the counter, purposely to avoid me, so that he didn't have to take my order. But Amber, she is a doll. She took my order, prepared my food, and she was the only one doing all the closing down duties, all by herself.
I don't hardly come to Beebe, but this morning I wanted to go to the sale barn. And I was hungry and frankly I'm tired of McDonald's and so I had decided on Hardee's. Now in the past I have visited Hardee's and it wasn't up to par not to me. But today I had a dairy excellent. It's under New Management and I believe the manager's name is Christine she made me feel like we were friends forever and she talked to me while I was waiting on my order which I didn't have to wait very long at all. The customer service that I received was in the top 10 I would give it a 10. So if you've had an expat experience with parties in the past I encourage you to try it again. It while it's under New Management I can register by saying that you will be treated like you're at home like you've had a plan forever like you are special. I arrived, noted the cleanliness of the restaurant, was served promptly and courteously, and then ordered their five-pce chicken tenders box alone. They were well-seasoned and served good and hot! I would def recommend!!
