Okay so I love frappes. Especially the caramel ones. Well I had my husband run to McDonald's next to our house this morning. Tell me why they only filled it up this high? I have NEVER gotten a frappe back like this. I have went to the McDonald's in Searcy McDonald's and they look better than this. Even with a large. Plus the ones there are a lot nicer I noticed than here in Beebe. I really don't understand why it was such a problem to ask if the frappe machine was working today. Literally I have been told by an ex employee that like he said, they only say that because the workers are lazy and don't want to make frappes for the days. Literally I've been told this by others.

Stopped by to use the restroom and ordered an iced coffee as I was driving through Beebee. I didn't know they were running a special so the drink was much cheaper than I expected. But I and the two other customers inside had to wait a long time compared to the drive though customers, as they didn't seem to have anyone dedicated to the counter inside. There was an indicator showing pending orders which apparently didn't show us inside folks at all. The woman tending us was apologetic when my coffee finally arrived.
This must be a new refresh for McDonald's, as everything was spiffy and shiny looking. LOTS of video ordering kiosks, but since all I was getting was a drink and I wanted to pay cash, I didn't use one. I don't go to McDonald's much, and their video kiosks are frankly kind of a turn off to me.

Waited 15 minutes for a cheese burger and 4 piece. It was just sitting there, no one called the order. Employees were just sitting around on their phones. 2 employees were rough housing. Bathroom was trashed.
Most days after work I find myself here at this McDonald’s, being greeted and taking care of immediately….its a red headed girl and a shorter, darker hair girl, curly hair…..they kick ass….always,ALWAYS quick with it. Thanks guys, keep kicking ass

Seems like on Sundays the children are running the asylum. Wait times are 30 minutes plus all employees playing around yelling and joking with each other. Management none he was on his phone no direction whatsoever. Some food made and some not which means some cold food and some hot not. Employees grazing the food no hand washing yuck yuck yuck. McDonalds needs to do better this is all the time no one in a hurry or have a sense of urgency whatsoever dont want to be bothered whatsoever.

Wouldn’t stop here again if it was the last place on earth! My food was ready but instead of them handing it to me, they kept looking at it and me and flying Everyone else’s order out but mine! At first I thought maybe they were waiting on one item or something but they were not! Cause they grabbed the bag right on up and handed it to me 15 mins later! Cold and old! Do better!
