Food was cold. Someone on headset moaning over the speaker. I get it's a bunch of teens but seriously
I am done with this place. Every time I get an order it is wrong. Usually one or two items are missing. Today part of my order was for two daily doubles. My sandwiches were wrapped as double burgers but they each had one cold patty each, lettuce, mayo and a slice of cheese. Not what I paid for. Dont worry no more bad reviews I will never eat there again
They have the worst service, anytime you ask for ice cream they say it’s broken. They need a manger full time who can actually run that place.

Sat in line for 22 min.. there was a total of 8 cars and I was number 5. Don't know what the deal is but it's ridiculous

Just sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes and the lobby was locked. The employees where inside trying to avoid being seen. It also listed that they were open until 12 on the door

Staff was extremely nice, however, although I placed my order ahead of time it took over 20 minutes to get it and when I got home I was missing part of my order. I will still go back but I will make sure I check my order before I leave. I did try calling but kept getting a busy signal. :(

We don't eat McDonald's often, but we do like the McRib. We went there to dine in. The doors were locked at 7:15 pm. Hours posted stated dining room open til 12am. I called as we thought the door locked by mistake. The person answered the phone, "Hello". I would think since it is a business the proper way to answer the phone would be, "Beebe McDonald's" or "McDonald's". I said, "Hi, we are outside and your doors are locked". The response, "yeah, we only have 3 people working so only our drive thru is open." I stated, "you may want to put a sign on your door explaining as there are several people expecting to come in." No apology. Put your employees through some customer service training and give them incentives for positive attitude, work ethic, and dependability.

Mmm, mmm. I love a good body part hair in my kids food. Not to mention the charred who knows what falling off the burger. Only came here for the play place but I don’t think we will ever be back now lol.

Got the special 1.00 10 piece chicken nuggets with purchase. The app makes it so simple to order and it has great deals. The food was hot and correctly made.

It's pretty good here I like the people and we've only really ever had any "mess ups" once and it was they forgot some food which was fixed on our next visit ✨

Got there and WAITED for lunch to start. Got my food and I swear it was made yesterday. Only ketchup and no onions on my burger. Fries weren’t even room temp some were literally cold to the touch. Nothing was hot for ordering 9 minutes after lunch started. Waited in drive through and someone came after me in the other lane and was served first. Lady asked if I was using a code, I said yes, then I still had to wait another minute or 2. Then no one was at the window to pay! What a disaster.
