Waited 40 minutes for our curbside order. Went inside to find out what’s going on. Manager talking down to crew, piles of food to be bagged, people waiting for orders over 30 minutes while folks are getting food in 15 minutes. Workers trying to help get yelled at by coworkers to get out of the way. And literally no one making eye contact with customers that are frustrated! This place needs new management

I'm not a fan of McDonald's because it seems like the staff is untrained, disrespectful, the food is lousy and I'm probably going to stop going to any McDonald's until the staff starts acting like they work for someone! Good lousy!!

Horrible service. Sat in there for 45 minutes waiting on my food while the whole staff was sitting back there hanging out playing on their phones. Every fountain drink was bad, no straws, no lids, no ice. We didn’t get a receipt and when the food came out they got mad because no one knew their number. Something should be done about this.

Bacon burger with a sorry half piece of bacon. It's like someone is either crazy or this is in spite. When I drove through the drive-thru I see this sign say buy one get one $1. I'm told that's sale is over. I ordered either way and wasn't impressed with the 1st window or the service from this order taker. The young lady at the 2nd window was very kind and is the only reason I'm even giving any stars. The other sandwiches were okay I will say. But for $8 I can get a hand patty fresh hamburger down the road at Hillbilly Grill. So probably won't eat at the Arch for another 15 years again. Fries were soggy too everyone enjoys those kind I'm sure. Support local businesses Arkansas not big chains.

Omg if I could give them less then one rating, I would, 2 weeks ago in the drive thru they got my order completely wrong, said they would write my name in a book for a free meal, and then today. We have been here for over 30 mins waiting on food, watching 4 people from the drive thru coming in to say their orders were wrong. So they had to fix theirs, then they called 3 orders that ordered after us. While their all messing around 8n the back. I will never stop by there again.

I haven't been to McDonald's in months. Decided to try a Big Mac again. The double-decker sandwich was missing the meat, lettuce, cheese and sauce on top half. What happened to the fries? They were soggy.
