I absolutely LOVE Mel’s, it is 100% my vice & a treat I give to myself lol the coffee is some of the best BUT lately, there is someone that is making the coffees & doesn’t know how… there will be a lot of sugar and coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup when normally there’s not so I know it’s someone in particular because it doesn’t happen every time! I’ve only been there a few times but each time I go, the workers have been really friendly and have taken their time to help me out as a new customer. This time, I had McKinley and she offered to remake my drink if I didn’t like the taste of it. I appreciated it since I don’t get coffee a lot and I was very clueless as to what the terms are. She helped explain it to me in a way I could understand. Her service along with the others made me feel very welcome!
