I went up there earlier today and the service was great. I got my food in a decent time. Was very satisfied with with my experience. I asked who was managing at the time, and Austin. This man has a great and heart warming presence that just made the whole experience great.

I will never order from here again I have tried on numerous occasions and they have never gotten my order correct and the food is not even edible anymore. What happened to the good old Pizza Hut days when the pizza was mouth watering and the salad bar was awesome and the thousand island dressing was awesome and the food was made in sight and with care and love and the customers were listened too! These kids they got working today don’t listen, it literally goes in one ear and out the other. Same as for when they R putting the pizza together, no care, no concern, no cleanliness. And the real problem is the managers R just as worthless. Nobody cares! Ya all should be ashamed!

Never got the chicken wings that I ordered or a refund. Gave the driver a pretty good tip because he said he was going to go back and get the wings. Instead I got nothing and the manager decided to yell at me over the phone.

I've been ordering pizza from Beebe Pizza Hut for years. Today when I placed my order it was a brand new experience. The person who took my order was very personable and friendly. I never felt like she was rushing me or my order while she was helping me find the best deal for what I wanted. At the end of the order I had to ask her name so I could thank her and let her know that I appreciated her presence on the phone. THANK YOU TINA!! Not only that but it was shortest delivery time I've ever experienced from there and my order was fresher than it has ever been. I used to work at pizza hut and I know what it tastes like fresh from the oven. This was my first delivery that actually tasted the same as it over 20 years ago!! My son finally got to experiment the real pizza hut cheese sticks and is obsessed with them now when he never liked them before.
TINA keep doing what your doing because you have already made a huge tranformation to me.

I ordered garlic parm sauce with chicken and bacon. Literally no sauce not just light but none at all. Also no bacon. The cheese sticks were so overcooked they were also dry. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
