Ordered 2 pizzas for $25.00. One was missing the pepperoni and both were missing the garlic herb butter. I drove 10 miles to get this and were offered a measley 7 bucks for the mess up. The pizzas were not worth the 25 bucks because it wasn't what I ordered, or did they taste right without the seasoned butter.
Update, Pizza Hut responded to this review and did nothing to rectify the messed up orders.

Ordered a Pizza Hut box online for delivery. Food is over an hour past it's estimated arrival time and I sat on hold for nearly 25 minutes before I hung up. Usually the service is great and I don't know if it is a staffing problem or what, but recent service and speed has drastically declined in the past weeks.

Ordered delivery, was given a time and it was 10 mins late. Pizza was COLD and my wings were luke warm at BEST. You might want to adjust things accordingly. This was right at $50 worth of COLD food.

Ever since they went under new management, it has really turned around. The food is fast, tastes fantastic and the people working there are extremely customer service oriented! I highly recommend them for your pick up or delivery orders!

Tldr; Problematic online ordering resulted in an inconvenient process to get a refund.

Ordered online for pick up. Pizza Hut billed the card but didn't make the food. The attendant stated they had no order in the system. This is not the first time this has happened with this store.
The first manager I talked to put me on hold for 20 minutes with the most obnoxious repeating ad imaginable. I gave up waiting, called back, and after an unproductive conversation, I was informed to call the day manager the next day.
The day manager spent the first minute suggesting my card had been declined or I had ordered in the wrong town. After sending him photos of the order, he offered to make the food, give me credit or offer a refund. To get the refund, I had to go to the store location. When I get to the store the manager did refund the purchase, but the only thing he needed was the last four of the card number. The refund could've been handled over the phone.

I will never order from here again I have tried on numerous occasions and they have never gotten my order correct and the food is not even edible anymore. What happened to the good old Pizza Hut days when the pizza was mouth watering and the salad bar was awesome and the thousand island dressing was awesome and the food was made in sight and with care and love and the customers were listened too! These kids they got working today don’t listen, it literally goes in one ear and out the other. Same as for when they R putting the pizza together, no care, no concern, no cleanliness. And the real problem is the managers R just as worthless. Nobody cares! Ya all should be ashamed!
