I’m a DoorDash driver who has been working in Beebe, AR for the past couple of months. In all my years of delivering, I’ve always been treated kindly by store staff, but today, I had an unsettling experience with the store manager.
I had two orders to pick up, and as usual, one of the team members greeted me and informed me of a slight wait—no issue at all. However, the manager then approached, loudly told me she wouldn’t be giving me the orders, and instructed me to leave. I was shocked by her rude behavior, especially given the kindness I’ve always received from the rest of the staff.
This incident left me feeling disrespected, and I wanted to bring it to your attention. I hope this behavior is addressed to prevent future occurrences

Love this Pizza Hut but looks like they starting subbing out deliveries to Uber eats. They dont tell you that until some crackhead shows up late with your pizza

Asked for garlic sauce, no sauce asked for deep dish pepperoni light cheese, received thin crust pepperoni. If the blonde lady's there you'll get your food. If the old man there forget it you'll get food but not what you asked for.

New district manager of the store, Tina is very sweet. When my $10 credit to go towards my next order wasn’t showing up, she handled it for me. She has a great attitude, and clearly cares about her customers. Her staff are all very nice as well.

Veggie Lovers Pizza is officially a vegetable. This garden delight has all the fresh veggie toppings you love: mushrooms, red onions, green bell peppers, Roma tomatoes and black olives. Guess you get 4 stars for the lack of one topping. All else was good....pour on some Pace Salsa and add your our topping.
The Veggie Lovers pizza was perfect in the past, so if the toppings were not delivered to the store, maybe lower the price by 1/5 to account.
Vegetarian options: Lacking on at least one topping: Roma Tomatoes

Ease of ordering on app. Delivery was a bit earlier than we scheduled it for but we had made it home in time to grab it upon arrival. All items ordered were on point; order was correct, arrived hot and tasted great!

Pizza crust of thin and crispy was not done. I’m not sure how that’s even possible. Breadsticks were also doughy and not done. Onions tasted off. Check your oven temps.

You better check your pizza before you leave, out of 4 large pizzas 3 of them were Not made correctly I'm not sure what's so hard about reading a screen that tells you how to make them as ordered and you still mess it up. Unfortunately I was already home and it wasn't worth the trip back. By the way not the first time they messed up my order but will definitely be the last not going to give them anymore business.

Told me on the app our dinner was out for delivery. I waited 45 minutes. No one was picking up the phones even for customer service. I had to get ahold of the door dasher that was delivering it. My order was missing things I ordered and pizza is burnt.
I placed a large order and arrived about 20 minutes after the marked “ready” time. My name was still on the order status screen above the counter and when I told them my name, they could not find my order. It was “looking like a Door Dasher picked the order up”. It was marked for “Carryout” and ordered from the Pizza Hut app, nothing to do with Door Dash. I had already paid the almost $120 through the app, and it was apparently not verified with whoever picked it up. I was told “I guess we can remake it”. The order was not made the way I had placed it, as I had removed some things and added some things. There was almost no sauce on the pastas and the employees seemed very put out that I still wanted the food I had paid for. I did not receive a printed receipt and very poor customer service while waiting another 30 minutes for the order to be fixed. I do not plan to return for the foreseeable future.
