Was here tonight ordered ONE ITEM- a blast, was told it was on the way by out at 9:20pm here it is 9:25 & no ice cream. The car hops are too busy laughing, joking, and playing with the kids in the parking lot to do their job. Pressed the button again to see where it was and it STILL took them 2 minutes to get it to my car. No tip and won't be tipping here until the service VASTLY improves. When I got my blast there were NO NAPKINS included. 🙄
Here today for 5 drinks and have sat for 20 minutes with NO DRINKS. THIS IS NOT FAST FOOD! If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is the slowest Sonic in Arkansas.
Worst Sonic in a 100 mile radius! Stalls are always broken and never getting fixed!
Terrible place and dangerous, I've pulled up on four different occasions in last two months and there is a giant fist fight in parking lot the kids run rampant there after school and are very violent. There are always cops there and kids fist fighting. Last time there was a Woman trying to leave and a man jumped on her hood in the middle of the drive thru. Top it off with hearing the male cook calling the manager daddy over the ordering panel and hearing the manager going around asking if anyone wants to see his weener and showing pics of his phone I was thoroughly disgusted. How this place is open still is beyond me.
Picked up food for homebound spouse. The chicken tenders were overcooked and inedible. The milkshake was runny .
The speaker was busted in two different parking spots. One of the burgers was a single instead of the ordered double.
Great drinks, made just as I ask.
Half the stalls are broken and they are never repaired. They should at the very minimum put cones in the broken stalls. Had to drive to three different stalls before I found a working one.
Chloe K was so delightful. Greeting was soft and pleasant and didn't rush my order. Her customer service is top notch at what appears to be a young age! Great job!

I was just in there this morning and that is like my favorite sonic. I go every morning for sweet tea. And breakfast and every afternoon, I take my grandson .. I think sometimes these fast food places have too many children trying to run it. And they don't have no respect. And I don't know what they're doing. Or they're not properly trained... So I ordered my sweet tea this morning from a someone named Matthew. They never put my order in so I set out in the car for fifteen minutes i pushed the button again and asked where my sweet tea is that I get everyday and some girl was night. Can I help you? I said I'm waiting on my sweet tea. She said you didn't put an order in well. Yes, I did. I wouldn't be pushing the button and saying I didn't get my sweet tea. There's your one. No respect. Rude and then I kept and then she goes well. What did you order? And I said a sweet tea . Hey, she kept saying mam mam rudely. It's kept going, ma'am. What did you order? Just let me take your order very unprofessional. Very rude these children nowadays that are trying to work in a business area. INeed to still be taught respect. Kindness, be courteous. It should have came back, you know what, ma'am? I am so sorry. I'm gonna run that out to you right now.., not, ma'am, ma'am. What did you order, ma'am, ma'am? What do the sweet tea, ma'am ma'am, .. I can tolerate a lot of things. I understand it's early in the morning. I understand there's children working.
But if you're gonna work in the work force, you better be a lot more better than that. . Don't give the customer attitude when you're the one that made the mistake. Learn to be apologetic. And concerned and courteous of okay. I am so sorry I am gonna run that sweet tea out to you. Just go ahead and hit the button. Or I'll go ahead and order it for you. But I'm, I'm on my way with it. We apologize this morning. It's been really busy anything except the smart attitude that I got. That is what will lose your customers and we're a small town. We want to take care of each other..

Went through the drive thru and the moron kids working kept asking me to repeat my order thinking it was funny... Terrible service, food was decent, but response is terrible.

My boyfriend and I went to this sonic tonight and it was the worst experience we have ever had. First they gave us the wrong order. We had already touched the food and the carhop proceeded to come back out and take the bag back inside. She brought our bags of food out and everything was accounted for. We come home, granted we live 5 minutes away, I ordered the Frito wraps. I was give the juniors instead. With barely any Ingredients, it was all tortilla. The breakfast burrito was drenched in grease so bad it was dripping from the packaging. The mozzarella sticks were very obviously old. Not to mention. All of our food was cold. Like it had been sitting underneath the lamp that was shut off. Nothing tasted like it was recently made. Such a disgusting, disrespectful and disappointing experience.
