This restaurant is amazing! I've never ordered anything off the menu that wasn't delicious! The people are wonderful. The only bad thing is the desserts are first come first serve so sometimes your favorite treat may not be available but there as so many to choose from its just a minor inconvenience.

I hadn’t been here in a while, so like most places, sometimes it’s a 10; sometimes it may just be an off night. I was so excited to bring my guy because he LOVES bbq (to think, he suggested PIZZA!?!). We started with some of the fantastic cheese dip. He got the ribs and sliced brisket, and I got the smoked sausage and sliced brisket. Everything was soooo good!!!! We finished our meals with custard cones, and peanut butter pie and cheesecake slices to go. I hate that I can’t remember our servers name, but she was ON TOP of it with service and answering questions about the menu. Awesome girl! The ONLY thing I would have changed is the amount of rub and what all it was on. Overall, excellent dinner date! Definitely see you guys again!

Honesty though, as COVID has worn on, I feel like the quality of the food has suffered somewhat. Just doesn't seem as if the portions are the same, or that the food is as warm or fresh as it was otherwise before all of this COVID nonsense.
Still a good place to eat, but come on, open up already. According to the Arkansas Department of Health website, White County as of Sep 20, 2020 has 638 confirmed cases, 576 recovered patients, and ONLY 15 deaths. Come on, let's use some sense and get back to a more normal life.

Absolutely disappointed in this trip. Mediocre at best on the food. Burger was soggy as hell and terrible flavor. Service needs a lot of work. Been waiting 15 minutes for a refill of tea and the check. Never again will this place get any of my money. Definitely better BBQ restaurants around.

Food was mid the smoked meat had no flavor then they dumped the seasoning rub all over everything on the plate tea wasn’t good and the service was not that great could not get the waitress to come back by the table to check on us until after the food was already dropped off at the table

Walked in, stood next to cashier which totally ignored me. Seated the elderly couple behind me. Can't recommend anything but to stay away.

My daughter was hired on to be a server. She quickly realized she had been tricked into being a table buster/food server/drink filler *for* two women, who Im assuming are making the tips. She was never going to be a server.
To the “horrible other 5 we fired” I’m genuinely sorry from the bottom of my heart.
Coming from someone who worked in the food industry many years this is not appropriate behavior - but it seems you got the good end of the deal - as you don’t have to be treated like garbage anymore.
Aside from that, My family and I have never dined here before. We sat tonight and waited a long time for our food. My husband and son feel fine but I have been nauseous ever since we left this restaurant.
I don’t know what has hurt my stomach maybe it was the season on the fries or my anger due to the fact I sat for an hour and a half and watched my kid and other kids be taken advantage of. I heard the rude comments ladies, I am incredibly disappointed.
I am the first to call my kids out on their bad behavior. It’s hard to do that when adults are acting just as bad.
Your employees and customers deserve better.

A band was playing and they appeared to be almost out of tables/busy. Our food was very timely for two separate orders at a nine person table. Everything I tried was delicious. My main course was the fall off the bone ribs. Our server Megatron was very attentive to our needs.
My only minor suggestion (from an outsider of the food industry) would be to invest in some drink trays. For our table, the lady that seated us took four separate trips to deliver everyone's drinks.
