I went here a couple days ago, and ordered 2 pulled pork sandwiches. I get home, I got meat, no bun, coleslaw, or sauce. I waited 35mins for a wrong order. I called, was told to calm down, when I was calm, wit no apology or empathy. Horrible customer service. I take it back, then was told he could hear me, instead of again, offering an apology. I am old enough to be his mother. I promptly asked for a refund, and was granted, still with no apology. They also had a customer have a strong stench of cat pee sitting right by the cashier. Disgusting!! I’m never visiting this establishment ever again! And I was a long time customer.

For a business that claims ”Christian values” these folks sure don’t have them. You can hear employees cursing at each other and being hateful about customers behind their backs. Overheard a conversation between two staff members about another employee (who seemed to no longer be working there?) and it was absolutely horrible, judgmental, and very very non-Christ-like. I was skeptical of the other negative reviews and decided to try them out myself. It’s insane that as a customer I was able to overhear everything being said. The food was mediocre and cold. Along with the service directed towards customers was brief and rude. I had to keep asking for a refill on my drink and didn’t get it until after my meal. I personally would not suggest wasting time or money at this establishment as there is so much wrong here.

Hands down one of mine and my kids favorite joints to hit up for lunch on saturdays! I love the service there. They know us now at this point and when I walk in they already know what we drink lol. But today we went in and the service and food was great, as it is every time. They got a new girl in there that was taking care of business! Y’all if you ain’t ate their brisket, you ain’t livin’! 10/10 recommend! And the cheese dip is out of this world! The food is constantly better every time we go in. Thanks for such a welcoming atmosphere and great staff members! Oh and of course the DELICIOUS food!

I grew up on White Pig Inn- and while they are no longer in business- Suttle's Road Hog is!! That is such a blessing, especially considering with these delectable ribs they are serving, woowee their pulled pork, and that lip smacking dry rub that's of their own making!! There is always service with a smile, they have a fantastic staff to match, their unforgettable food! Everything I have ever eaten from here, exceeds flavor expectations. Another local favorite!!! If you haven't stopped by Wednesday-Saturday, go delight your tastebuds!

It’s taken me a second to sit down and write this review as I hate to negatively review small businesses. I loved the food. Thankfully that’s not the issue. It’s the service. I went with my husband about a week ago and we felt so ignored. The waitress took forever to take our order and it took even longer to get our food. We came in before a few other people and they still got served before us. There were two young girls helping out but one of them seemed useless since she ended up sitting down and talking to someone for most of the time we were in there?!?!? The only positive thing about the service was the other young lady but the poor girl looked pregnant? She was a dear and very helpful and explained they were busy and apologized but they shouldn’t let her be working there. What a shame. This was just our experience, hopefully it was a one time thing but we will not be back.

Lunch/dinner stop, an unassuming exterior hides a gem of a BBQ spot, walking insude, the smells of wood and smoking meats are a sensory pleasure, they serve to excite your appetite. Service was quick and pleasant, menu is well stocked with tempting treats. I had the Smoked Frito pie with pulled pork ( They have brisket also). You have to try this, it is ample portioned and every item lends it's flavors to create an enjoyable dining choice. We had the Corn nugget appetizer, they are worth every bite,reminds me the treats of a county fair. My partner had the 1/2 rack and it was falling off the bone good, the dry rub is delicious. They have a variety of Coke products and their tea is very palatable. Prices are appropriate. Dining atmosphere is pleasant. Worth the drive. Parking is easy and spacious. Yes, this is a returning to dine location.
